Mr. Rooter was recommended by Ramjack after our foundation leveling. They gave an honest evaluation which showed no leaks. I knew I needed a new water heater and was impressed with Carlos who had provided the eval. So, I asked him to look at our water heater and also do an estimate for a pressure regulator. Carlos explained everything to me, was clearly very knowledgeable and showed me a few important non cost things. He came and completed the work within a day of my request, and our water system is improved greatly and at what i feel was a fair price.I have been looking for a plumber I could trust for several years and really feel that I have found that with Mr. Rooter.

1ST CALL PLUMBING CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE ON FATHERS DAY. FIRST OFF THEY DID IN CHARGE ME A FEE FOR COMING OUT THAT DAY.THEY ONLY CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE. BOB RAN A CAMERA THROUGH MY SEWER THAT WENT TO THE BACK YARD BEHIND ME. THIS IS WHERE THE SAWS LINES RUN. HE INFORMED ME THAT THIS WAS A SAWS PROBLEM AND NOT MINE. AFTER ARGUING WITH SAWS FOR TWO WEEKS WITH MINIMAL SEWER FUNCTION IN MY HOME SAWS CAME OUT. THEY STARTED DIGGING AT 2PM, ALL NIGHT AND THEN SOME THIS MORNING AND OF COURSE THEY FOUND MY BROKEN LINE. A big shout out to Rockstar Plumbing!! Had an emergency on Sunday, called Rockstar Plumbing and David came to the rescue.. He was on point!!!!! He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. He was detailed and did an exceptional job! We had to call him out a second time on another plumbing issue during the week after 6 PM and came over immediately. Rockstar is our go to company for all our plumbing needs. They replaced all the water lines under the house tying all into the main line, installed a new water heater, replaced all the old plumbing and stabilized the shower fixtures as well as bringing the plumbing up to code. They spent about 9-10 days here. Jonathan, Edward, George, Justin and Victor were ALL professionals, polite and funny. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and restored the Sheetrock to its original ( maybe better) condition. They all kept me up to date on the progress, problems they encountered and solutions to those problems. I highly recommend this company .

I contacted City Base Plumbing for a free estimate on some repairs/ replacements to my kitchen equipment.The plumber David was punctual and professional. I scheduled the work to be done on the next morning.Once again David was punctual and professional. My sink, faucet and pipes were replaced and garbage disposal removed. All items were addressed in a timely manner and the work area was left clean.I was very satisfied with the services performed. I plan on using City Base Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our bathtub faucet broke down on Easter evening and causing a huge amount of water to spill.We tried to lock the main water valve, but it was broken too, so we couldn't.I was able to find Ambition Plumbing by Googling, and I asked them to come ASAP. Mr. Fernando arrived soon, even though it was Easter evening.He identified the cause of the problem very quickly and accurately. In addition, he honestly told us that we should replace only one part of the shower, not all parts.He was not only professional and honest but also very kind.We didn't know that we wouldn't have to pay all the bills if there was an urgent leak like this, but he kindly explained to us how to do it.And he answered some of the other questions very kindly.Ambition Plumbing is the most professional, honest, and kind I have ever experienced.???????????????

Big City Plumbing was very accommodating to my busy schedule to fix a water heater leak I had and they kept in communication with me. Chris and Travis came out, very professional and very efficient. Changed out my expansion tank in a jiffy and even cleaned up all the water from the leak for me as well. Will definitely be asking for these guys again for any future issues.

I was very pleased with the level of service. Alberto and another plumber came on time (not at the end of the service window). Alberto provided me with two estimates based on different ways to resolve my issue and took time to explain each. Within a couple of hours, including time to get the replacement parts for an old faucet, the work was done. No more leak!
