Best Plumbing Problem in San Antonio TX

Doug and Lee were both responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting our water, garbage disposal, and under sink water filtration lines before and after the countertops, sink, and faucets were replaced. Additionally, Lee replaced a faulty connection that prevented our new dishwasher from being installed the day before. We could have had the plumber provided by Home Depot do the repair free of charge, but opted to have Lee do the job. We trust the superb quality of this company’s workmanship and valued our peace of mind in knowing the job would be done right the first time.In this time of covid19 running rampant throughout the world, we appreciated Doug and Lee wearing a mask and shoecovers while in our house. Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Michael Angeles from Will's All Pro was very professional. I was stressed out over a major water leak coming from the shower. Michael empathized with me and assured me everything was going to be ok. Great customer service! He fixed everything in a timely manner and I am grateful for him.

This company is amazing! We have an older house and had been having plumbing back up issues on and off for a year. This time we did everything we possibly could and could not unclog it so had to call a professional. We called several different places and between outrageous prices and no shows we could not find a plumber to come out and help! Thankfully a friend recommended Big City Plumbing! From the moment we called the lady, Rafaela who answered was so professional, friendly and genuinely concerned with helping us asap! (we didn't have restroom access for 4 days at this point) She gave us prices up front and they were VERY REASONABLE and VERY AFFORDABLE compared to other places we called! We called late in the day so they had someone go over the next day asap. The technician was thorough, professional and took his time assessing the issue and explaining what he was doing. After he checked everything he determined the issue was past our property line and had to do with the city lines. To help us even more, he went and marked the road where the issue was so that when SAWS came they could locate the issue. The tech had a written statement put together for us that stated everything Big City Plumbing did and that it determined the issue needed to be fixed by the city. They told us to call SAWS and to print the statement out and put it on our front door for SAWS. The city came the next day and with the detailed report provided by BCP they acknowledged they were at fault and immediately fixed the issue that day! BCP made this unfortunate experience so much easier! They care about their customers and I HIGHLY recommend them!! Although I hope I never have any issues again I can say if I ever do they will be the first ones I call!! Thank you again BCP for your great service!

The young man named Joe was very professional and courteous. He was very detailed in explaining the issue and also in how he resolved it. I appreciate that he went beyond my expectations knowing that I would be inconvenienced on a weekend. He still kept his word and completed a 2nd job on a Sunday. I appreciate excellent customer service from this company. Highly recommended!

We had a water fitting bad at the meter location, job took less than 40 mins and they charged over 600 usd. I decided to talk to someone and their answer was That is what we charge, we charge per job not per time. Extremely overpriced without a logical explanation from the manager.

I made the appointment online and received a call working an hour scheduling a same day appointment. They showed up early after calling to confirm an early arrival was approved. Within 30 minutes they were in and out! They knew exactly what the issue was and handled it! Would highly recommend!

These guys are GREAT! From Jahed, who helped me pick a new system, to the install team and Quality Control Inspectors, to Jesus who helped clear a clogged drain, these guys are polite, professional, and high quality. I can tell from how they interact with me that they really are concerned with doing the job the right way.
