I am unable to determine the quality of their work. What I can say is both techs were mostly courteous. From the beginning it seemed that the lead tech didnt want to complete the work. He was more concerned it seemed to me with finding challenges to not begin the work than to overcome them. I even offered solutions to his safety concerns but he had already determined to not do the job with his bosses blessing according to him. I understand worker safety and cannot fault him though I think his rotund exterior added to him not wanting to climb into or out of my attic. Then he decided to tell me that my home wreaked throughout of trash and it was unsanitary! Blue Frog employees will never again be welcome or invited to my home.Update: I called another plumbing service. They had a very nice and professional man out early the next morning. He immediately went into the attic and began taking my hot water heater apart. He brought it to my attention that while he could/would service it, he recommended replacing it. So that's what we did. The only conclusion that I can fairly come to is that blue frogs tech didnt want to do the job and didnt want my business. Not a problem! All pro earned my business today and for every job here after.

I called at 900 for a minor problem and the service men were here at 11:30. They were delightful , polite and careful and fixed the problem. 1st Call is now our source for all plumbing issue so

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. Experienced, fair and friendly! We had a leak on our side of the meter and CMS had it fixed in no time and cleaned up afterwards. We will defiantly use them again.

I was charged 440 dollars for a 30 minute job. I had a simple valve replacement. I have no complaints about quality of the work done. I was grossly overcharged, in hindsight. They also bill you 38 dollars for the estimate if one finds their prices too high. Steer clear of this business. I wish I had read these reviews first.

We just had our kitchen sink unclogged by service technician Thomas #1463 from Roto-Rooter and we are so happy doing business with him. He was very friendly and honest with telling us what should be done and didnt waste time getting things going. He didn't have booties his shoe size on him but he was nice and took off his boots since we dont wear shoes in our house. We feel so blessed when we encounter people like Thomas that care about people. Thank you Thomas!

Our water softener broke and flooded our water lines with salt. Keith and Zach got to our home quickly and cleared the lines while also explaining what was going on. We hired them to return and replace our water softener and they were quick and professional! This is a great company and these are some great guys!
