Fantastic and quick job! No way could we have done this ourselves. Tried all the home remedies didn’t work. He was in and out within 15 minutes getting it completely cleared of the hard water calcium deposits filling our master shower drain. Highly recommend!

I've used Big City Plumbing three times already and they are the best. Very professional, knowledgeable and you can tell they have your best interest in mind. Recently my home warranty sent their own plumber to check the water backing up in my shower. The other plumbing company told me there was a crack in the pipe due to roots damage and it would cost me $6500 to be fixed, which wouldn't be covered by the home warranty. So, I wanted to hear a second opinion from a company I trust, I called Big City Plumbing and they ran a camera through my pipes and no crack was found. What a relief! They are for sure my go to plumbers and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Roland's service is professional, courteous, timely, and reasonably priced. They have come to the house twice. The first time was to unclog a bathtub drain. The second time, Darren and Eli came over to unclog a sink drain, replace some sink piping, and tune up a toilet. I recommend their services and will definitely be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service. Daniel and his team re-worked my a/c in the guest bedroom so it is now on its own zone. The master and guest rooms were on the same zone causing temperature conflicts. After Comfort air came out and re-worked the ducts, we now are on separate zones and it works wonderfully!

I was an angry customer, and they resolved my issue and left me satisfied. I will call them again (if they'll accept my call).I had to have Bryco out twice within a week. The first time, our toilet had a sewer smell, so the plumber took off the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and reset the toilet 3 different times to ensure it was stable and didn't rock.One week later, that toilet backed up. Since it was after-hours, we had to have the emergency call, at a cost of $370.This is why I took one star off; Roto-Rooter augered the very same toilet only a few months ago, and charged $150 at 9pm; Will-Fix-It and Beyer Boys quoted me around the same price ($170-175) that time, as well. I didn't call either of them this time, because I figured it made sense the work of resetting the toilet multiple times caused some of the wax ring to fall into the pipe, which is where the clog came from; I am certain it should not have been clogged, since the bathroom is hardly used and the drain was augered so recently.So, I called Bryco back, and they sent another plumber team.Unfortunately, they didn't agree with me that the work done last week brought the need for the return visit, and took my card info to run the $370. I called first thing the next morning (and didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to), and we had a round-and-round that resulted in him agreeing not to charge my card.So, what could have been a 1 star review became a 4 star review. I am not sure they're happy with the resolution, but I am (of course). And since they were straightforward and listened to me, and agreed not to charge my card, I am comfortable calling them again for a scheduled appointment.

We had them come out to fix a couple of sprinkler valves. They were on time, very courteous , did a great job and they were reasonable. I recommended them to a neighbor for some plumbing repairs and they also did a great job for them.

On the first visit for a tune up there was a misunderstanding, but Matt personally called me and came to fix the issue which says a lot about a company. I will definitely will be using them in the future.
