AND it so happened that they were closed already as it was already 7 when I called... But thankfully the gentleman waited for me to get there..from across town...opened the door so that I can get the item I needed...and for that I am truly greatfil!

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. We were experiencing some issues with our HVAC unit; it ran but wasn’t very efficient. After noticing some unwanted moisture, I called aroundh to various companies for assistance. When I made my selection, Mario quickly came to my house, checked out the system and laid out my options. After finding the best fit for me, Mario went to work and made all the necessary repairs. He was respectful of my home, worked efficiently and quite yet, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would recommend Mario for all your service needs!

Mr Hernandez and Gilbert were extremely professional. They responded to my request for an estimate to unclog a tub stopper and completed the job right away. Mr. Hernandez, and Gilbert were very knowledgeable of their craft. They returned to change out our faucet aerators the next day. I absolutely recommend Rockstar Plumbing to everyone.

David and Rigo were awesome I had a gas leak was red tagged by CPS my gas was locked out. All other plumber’s wanted way too much just to start however City Base Plumbing came out and gave me 3 estimates which helped me pick the best and affordable solution for my budget came out on time did the job and was even cheaper then the estimate these guy's are trustworthy honest and reliable 5 stars

I needed a shutoff valve replaced and a PEX crimp for service to the water closet. Tsanko did a great repair at a good price. Highly recommended! If you need a repair, give him a call.

Fernando has came over 2 times and has delivered as promised. He helped us with several plumbing tasks around the house. He fixed the problem with our high water pressure before it caused severe problems. He ordered and replaced a leaking shower handle, shower head and replaced a faucet outside and the covering around the pipe. He’s punctual and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Had a pipe burst and they were one of the few that was willing to come out the same day! They were honest about the price and everything went exactly how they said! Will use again!

We did not personally use their plumbing services; however, we called to request details about previous work that had been done by 4M Plumbing at our new home. They were extremely helpful, kind, and informative. If we ever have issues in the future, we will be reaching out to them.

Their estimates are a little strange - looked like they make up prices as they go along. Was supposed to have a camera go through my sewer line to see if there was clog which cost $200/hr. They didn’t do this and instead used a toilet auger to unclog the pipe which took about 20 minutes - price was still $200. They fixed the problem so no complaints on that.

Today was the third time John Gill has come to my rescue.First time was November 5th, 2020. My elderly step father needed to have a toilet fixed. John fixed the toilet same day and came back the same week to replace a toilet (not the one he fixed)The second time he helped me, I discovered a leak in the garage ceiling which is below my daughter’s bathroom. He took the time to walk me through what the issue could be. It turned out to not be a broken pipe but a leak between tub and shower faucet, leaking into the ceiling. This was in Early February 2021.Today, John replaced a faulty faucet in my elderly step father’s bathroom as well as the hot/cold pipes under the sink that are at least 40 years old.I continue to call John because he is reliable, honest and very thorough with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is good people as we say in Texas!
