The absolute and most amazing plumbing company there is. Literally the most honest people I’ve dealt with.I’ve tried other companies and they all gave me the run around, saying I “need this test” or “you better get this done”Chambliss came, they diagnosed the problem and they fixed it without trying to sell unnecessary tests. I highly recommend these guys and plan to use them for everything plumbing related from now on!

Was not affordable. The work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good.I needed two copper pressure fittings, one shutoff valve, and 8 inches of pex plumbing, about $40 in parts and 15-20 mins of work accomplished in an easy to access area with no obstacles. Got quoted at $350 not including the $65 service call I paid prior to them coming ($415). After pleading with the technician he applied the $65 service call fee to the $350 quote.I was in a bind having no running water in my house for about a week (sudden winter pandemic) so my options were limited and I needed water, so I paid hoping I could work this out further, however they are now not returning my calls....So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing.

I used Tietze for the first time today, May 16th. We had a water leak in the front yard.It turned out that there was a leak associated with the pressure regulator valve.Willie came out with his assistant David to fix it and it only took about 1 hour.Willie was awesome. He is very friendly and informative. I give him 10 stars.With that said, for what they did, parts and labor, was way way over-priced. Nothing against Willie, the price quote came from the office. If we ever have any more plumbing issues we will call Tietze and ask for Willie, but they need to reexamine their pricing.

I went through my American Home Shield warranty and they assigned Ambition Plumbing to me. I’m so glad they did! Jesse and Fernando came out, knew exactly where my leaks were and only took a few minutes to patch them up. Thanks fellas!

EXCELLENT Customer Service, from the first callback which came within 5 minutes of my online inquire. Dispatch called to inform me there was no charge for gracing us with their presence and scheduled an appointment. I received multiple informational emails and texts confirming the appointment, what to expect and then another text telling me the tech was in route. He arrived on time.Jeremy was very personable and professional. We described our issues, no hot water in the shower, and the other challenges we’ve had associated with the deconstruction our water department had been doing in front of our house for the past year. As well as the horrible experience we had with another “recommended” plumber, that broke our water regulator, charged us $450 and left us pretty much in the same state.Jeremy gave us two possible scenarios and came back with a part confirming his suspicion. The easy fix was $150, the other $350. We thought, “we know where this is going….” Jeremy came back shortly and said it’s done. We were Delighted with having a hot shower again and the lower price.Jeremy is such a good person. He did a Great job with our plumbing and even took the time to indulge us in conversations about the world and BBQ. We have since used Calente again. We plan to have them install a new water softener and initiate an AC/water heater maintenance contract. And Jeremy's suggestion for my firebox works fantastic.We are very grateful for and Highly Recommend Calente.Mark

Found your company on the Internet. Chose you for your years in service, and ratings from past customers. I was not disappointed. Our technician Joe was experienced and had knowledge to troubleshoot and correct problem. Alongside him was his apprentice. Joe was describing his actions and insured his apprentice understood. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and possesses great customer service skills. In the future I will contact your company in the event we need additional plumbing repairs.

I had an emergency leak and Daniel responded to my house super fast and had it all fixed and back to working condition in no time! He was very professional, talked me through the whole process and got everything taken care of for me. Great service all around. I had a clogged washing machine drain and ended up needing a clean out installed. They were quick to come out and able to complete the job in a timely manner. Answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called yesterday around noon and they said they would be out between 5pm-6pm, Joe called at 6pm said was stuck in traffic-he arrived about 6:15pm, he checked for 2 clogged drains-was able to show my husband the issue and how to fix it with a simple part-the other drain was fine....we were very happy with his service and would definitely use them again-they could've easily took advantage of a simple solution but instead were very honest-knowledgeable and courteous...nice going Joe!
