My AC stopped cooling at 10:00P on a Saturday night. After calling 4 other companies. Getting the run around and poor customer service, I finally reached out to 1st call. Daniel answered the phone and put my concern for finding someone who cared about my problem to rest. He was kind, professional, nice and had a sense of urgency to get someone out to my house quickly! A few hours later, Chris showed up to my 85 degree house with a smile on his face and on time! He immediately got to work and and had pin pointed this issue within 10 minutes. He explained the issue in depth and told me what it would take to fix it. He wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was truly there to help and for that I am so thankful! He changed out my capacitor and then did a diagnostic. Putting the stress and worry of having to replace my AC as ease. He gave my family service that we didn’t know still existed! He was honest, fun to work with, knowledgeable, quick and efficient! He has a customer for life and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If you need AC or plumbing service, look no further! I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

They fixed the problem but I yet to receive an itemized statement showing what I paid $540 for...said we will email a receipt. Still waiting.

As a first time home owner, I was having an issue with the water heater & a constant leak so naturally I was pretty worried that the leak was filling up a bucket enough for me to constantly empty out the bucket. My home warranty company that issued the original plumbing company was not taking the urgency into consideration since I had to do the follow-ups and also that they were No-Shows on both appointments they scheduled. I called Gill Plumbing Services and it was an immediate response and same day visit with in 20 min to half an hour!! The problem was temporarily fixed since it was later in the day near closing hours. Gill Plumbing said they can do a complete installation with the proper sized water heater and bring it all up to code. The problem was immediately repaired the following morning at 9am as he said he would. My experience was beyond my expectations and the customer service was outstanding!! It’s rare to find good reputable companies that care about what they do, are knowledgeable, have great customer service & do quality work. I am thankful for the work done on my home & I will use Gill Plumbing for all my future needs for my new home. The gentleman were very professional from beginning to end. I had a leak on the copper pipe of my water heater so I called to make an appointment and I spoke to Fernando and he said Nathan would call me in a few minutes so Nathan did call back within 10 minutes and he told me he would be at my house in 45 minutes and sure enough he arrived at my home within those 45 minutes Nathan was awesome he told me how long it was going to be and a rough estimate I told him that was fine and he got to work and fix the leak and he didn’t charge me an arm and leg and mind you it was a Sunday I will definitely be giving them a call again

The serviceman arrived on time and even called before arriving to make sure I was at home and remembered the appointment. The serviceman's inspection of my heating and AC unit was fast and efficient and he wore covers over his shoes when he was in the house to make sure he didn't track in any dirt.Overall the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
