Homer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to them trying this new technology of pipe relining or epoxy pipe coating or trenchless pipe repair. Stay tuned and I will give an update on how it went. As of now Homer and Bluefrog has impressed me and hopefully it stays that way. I only gave a 4 star because of knowledge and still waiting on the estimate and work to be done, which can change my rating up or down. Owner came out and found a leak 2 other plumbers failed to find. It took all day of digging and shoveling before the leak was detected. Mr Rooter was determined to find and fix the leak. Never gave up and stayed late to finish.We will only use Mr Rooter form this point forward. Thank you for saving us money and water.

My water softener broke and the carbon and resin clogged my water lines to the house. Mitchdiagnosed the problem and was determined to get the job done! Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Not only did he get the job done but also saved me money! He is understanding and is willing to help out in anyway. Highly recommended!

We are in another service company's Rescue Club (yearly contract for priority service). However, when our water heater started leaking I called and was told the soonest a technician could arrive was the next day. Because the estimate was higher than we could comfortable pay, we decided to call around. We did take a few bids and that's how we discovered All Pro Plumbing! The technician came right away and literally went above and beyond in not only the pricing but the service and workmanship. Michael Angeles was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Wish we would have discovered this company when we moved to San Antonio and bought our house in May of this year. We will let our Service Club with current company run out when the contract is over and will be calling All Pro for all our future needs. A very dependable and honest company!

This tune, needed a water heater. Made the call. Responded quickly. Offered 3 options for replacement and installation. Communicated well. Moy was our plumber and he was very professional and very competent. Moy was very prompt and worked diligently and did an amazing job and left my restroom spotless when he left. I looked at 5 different plumbers and I’m glad I went with 4M as they were the best value and craftsmanship!!!!

Big City Plumbing has always sent the hardest working and knowledgable young men to my house. Honest about pricing and always on time! They have installed 2 water softeners for me for much less than the big/well known water softener compaines. Will definately call them if I have any further plumbing needs.

Don't bother trying the 24hr emergency number (s) I've been calling and leaving messages for 2 days now in need of services at our facility. Think I'm going to ask for our account to be moved. This is ridiculous
