Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. Rockstar Plumbing was awesome! First though thank you google reviewers…your reviews were spot on. We had a water pipe burst last night and had a water leak in the garage. Plumbers would not take calls or return calls and if they did, they placed us on a 2-week wait list. Then I found David Gonzalez at Rockstar Plumbing. Great person; very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Arrived the following morning well equipped and ready to go. Quickly identified the problems and went step-by-step on what needed to be done and then provided a very fair quote and stuck to it. Work was done flawlessly from beginning to end; all supplies were on-hand, he prepped areas appropriately, completed all needed tasks perfectly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. True professional and an all-around terrific person. Thank you David and to your team as well!

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Travis came to my house to fix a leak. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed it quickly. I definitely recommend and will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Terrible. Had an appointment window of 1-5pm after an appointment I made 2 weeks ago. 5pm came and no one showed up. I had to personally call and spoke to Suzie the supervisor and e informed me the driver was supposed to call ahead and didn't. It's now 8pm and no one is still at my home. I had to call again and spoke to Rodrigo who couldn't help me either. Terrible experience.

We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Will's and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. How many service companies do you know that make a follow up call?!?! So simple yet means so much to the customer. We will use these guys in the future and recommend to others. Thanks Will's!!
