Good service, on time, very nice service person. The best part was it cost nothing because it was just a gasket. Clinton the service rep asked if we had questions or any other plumbing issue which i thought was good business thinking.

As everyone knows, it’s always hard to trust a service from a person who knows a trade and client that knows nothing, well I was blessed to have a plumber come to my house that was completely transparent. He was curteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he did and was going to do before even initiating the job. This guy will go far as long as this company allows him to. I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

He successfully stopped the water leak, our reason for the service call. Thirdly, since there were other problems, he cordially recommended that our future plumbing needs should be addressed as soon as possible. I love Roadrunner Plumming. They came within 2 hrs when I called. It was an emergency. Water was leaking from the pipes and drain was clogged. Very professional and cordial service. Highly recommend!

Joe and his assistant arrived earlier than scheduled. The problems turned out to be greater than I had described. In addition to two known leaks, they found a fatal problem with the garbage disposal. They worked quickly and had all of the necessary parts, including a new disposal unit on the truck. Clean up was thorough, and the price was fair. I'll be calling again for a shower repair in my guest bath.

Mo quickly determined the problem and clearly explained the solution. He was extremely courteous and professional and did a great job! At the end of the job, he even took the time to clean up the area. I will continue to use 4M for all future plumbing issues in my home.

Joey and his assistant were on time and once I confirmed the items that needed repair they walked me through what they were going to do, explained the steps needed for each repair. Gave me options before hand in the event they were going to encounter an issue with replacing some of the pipeing in need of repair. Even walked me through the repair needed for the bathroom faceut repair. Once they were done, they left the areas clean. Very pleased and happy to recommend as well use again if needed.

I had a main sewer line problem today. I called so many plumbing companies but no one wanted to come out because it was past 6pm, they were done for the day & tomorrow is 4th of July (even places that say 24hr plumbing) I was giving up, thought I had to wait till the 5th for someone to come but I decided to call one last company & that was Alamo Plumbing Solutions. I was shocked when he told me he would come within the hour & at such a reasonable price. Santiago showed up & did the camera & locator thing & marked the problem areas in the alley. (SAWS will have to repair) Would do business again. Thanks for your service!

I wouldn't put the scheduling folks, and managers of this company in charge of cutting grass. They promised they would be at my home not just once but 3 times to three different people and still didn't show up till much later. When you say you're going to do something, do it or the trust in your word is lost. Just in case the company tries to reply to this stating any excuse, there's nothing you can do to change the fact that you failed at your word.
