Woah! Timely, professional, thorough, knowledgeable--what more could one person want in a great business? Truly our experience was outstanding. The first call went out on a Friday, someone arrived on Saturday, parts arrived on Monday and repair was made on a Tuesday. We had 5 guests coming to stay for the week and they jumped through hoops to get us the part we needed and FAST! On top of that, they noticed our other water heater needed repairing to avoid the same problem in the future and they fixed it as well. With 9 people in a house and limited hot water, the Chambliss crew stepped up and no one even noticed there was an issue. We are grateful for Chambliss, Justin and his technicians who are a cut above! Thanks so much for a great experience.

You cannot have any quote on NOTHING unless they come to your house and charge $70 as base. I was trying to compare with other companies a simple test for my house after foundation repairs.. They refused to give me any idea on how much will that could cost... not a clue, not a detail unless I make them come to my house and charge me $70. I think that is abusive and VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

They came right out to my grandfathers home the same day to fix a leaking pipe. Though they were expensive they provided great quality work, and Armando our plummer was great.

They were very professional told me what the issue was and fixed it right away. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend

Will’s All Pro Plumbing did an impeccable job! They sent texts with the technicians photo and gave curtesy calls to let me know what time the tech would arrive. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. John, our plumber, even showed up 30 minutes early and I set the appointment the same day because of a leak in our garage. Very pleased with the quality of work.

Roadrunner was very swift in coming to my house to address an issue with my shower. They went ahead and tested my water pressure and offered a solution. The cost was slightly higher than an original quote I had from another company but I was impressed with their work and reviews online so I went with Roadrunner. They came within the originally scheduled window and installed a new expansion tank on my water heater and a PRV and quarter turn ball valve handle on the customer side of the city water line. They also replaced a hose bib free of charge. Dirk and Onie were the service team that came and they were great. Would recommend for your everyday plumbing needs due to their fast response time and dispatch manager that was attentive on the phone.

Rockstar just replaced my water heater. They were very helpful prior to coming out, working with me over the phone on a Sunday night on how to shut everything off. They provided great customer service and were very knowledgeable answering any questions I had in a manner that was easily understandable. I highly recommend!

Big City recently completed a service for us. They serviced and flushed the Stiebel-Elton tankless hot water system they installed for us several years ago and replaced a leaking 1”ball valve in our water well pump house. Gerald and Tim, who made the call, we’re very professional, courteous and efficient.

Avoid this company! Avoid this company! I probably shouldn't even call them a company. They would not honor my 2 year warranty even though my claim was within 2 years of the installation. The main person I talked to in the office was Susanna Delgado and she was by far the worst customer service person I've talked to in years. She was rude and inconsiderate. Please notice she has left a google review giving this company one if its few 5 star ratings. She is obviously bias so you should disregard that review. I haven't had hot water for over a week and she had no urgency to fix it. She sent a service rep out and he couldn't fix it. After they tried and failed she said it's out of our hands. Umm hello you are the company that installed it and it's been less than two years so I have a contractual warranty and you're a plumber so how can you not fix it? I'm going to cut my losses and move on and never talk to these people again. I'm looking forward to use a plumber who cares at least a little bit about other people! Please stay away from this company! Zero stars!
