In addition to fixing whatever we need there’s always a little extra. It could be something as simple as advice to showing me how to take care of minor problems myself. We’ve made them our go to plumbing service for quite a few years now and they will continue to hold that position.

Big City Plumbing is awesome! They've been great customers for several years where I work and have always been easy to work with. I had the pleasure of being their customer today.Like most people in our area, I had a pipe burst with the winter storm and was without water. I reached out to Big City Plumbing and they got us taken care of as fast as they could. Understanding that they're busier than ever and they're trying to take care of everyone, I was so happy to see them as quick as we did. We were fortunate enough to have our leak not damage the main part of the house but rather a small corner of the garage. It was almost impossible to repair the broken pipe so they replaced the line coming into the house with a new line and added an easy access shut off valve right by the garage.Both Homer and Travis were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. With as much work as I'm sure they're having to do, I was impressed with how relaxed and professional they were about things. I can't say enough about how great everyone was during this fiasco. They got our water on and made sure that the new pipes were well insulated so that we shouldn't have this problem again.Big City Plumbing is a fantastic company, with great people from top to bottom. You can tell that they genuinely care about their work, their team, and their community. Thank you all so much for the work you did and the work you are doing to help our community.

JC Enriquez and Son Plumbing will attempt to scam you. Quoted $1300 over the phone for a 40 gal water heater replacement and told “there may be cost increases for code updates but we’ll keep it very close to $1300.” I immediately realized it was not a 40 gal and called back to tell them it was actually a 50 gallon. No effort on their part to give me fair notice that the quote would increase substantially. I was willing to take the chance on the $98 service call fee on that promise. Well, they didn’t keep their word. Upon arrival the price increased over 50% to almost $2000. They saw an opportunity to squeeze me for a few hundred dollars since I have no hot water. I’d rather take cold showers than be scammed by JC Enriquez and Son.I’ll never call this company again and make sure my friends and neighbors don’t either. Enjoy your $98. Hope it was worth it.Just got a quote for another plumbing company that’s gonna do it for $1400. That quote was free, by the way. I won’t fall for the $98 quote thing again.

Best plumbing company in town and very professional!

We just moved into a model home and had some issues with hard water blocking our shower heads. Nick came to replace those and also checked some faucets. He found a leak and took the time to fix that for us as well. He was pleasant and helpful. I truly appreciate all that he did to make us feel like we were being taken care of!

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! Price is always above 500.00. No matter what you need done.Was quoted 575.00 for replacing cartridge in shower faucet. That is ridiculous! Another Plumber did the job for 170.00. Will never use them again. They are gougers.
