SAWS (San Antonio Water Service) broke the pipe on my side of the meter and didn't want to fix the issue. Bluefrog Plumbing were to be my backup if SAWS didn't fix the issue. It looked like SAWS was hesitant until the Bluefrog's plumber stopped by. I Guess they figured they needed to fix it if another professional could prove it was their fault. I was so grateful for all the information and help from Bluefrog Plumbing that I offered to pay something but they kindly refused and just ask for the business if anything should come up. I can't say enough about this company. Once you call you will see for your self how this company is run from the helpful receptionist to the helpful plumbing service.

Eric my technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of my system. I felt like he informed me of all the facts without using any pressure to sell upgrades or identify items that need immediate replacement. He made suggestions and stated his company is there for anything I need. Perfect service and a nice way to build trust. Will not hesitate to call if I need them again. Also worth noting, their communication is excellent. I received emails, calls and texts reminding me of my appointment and they even let me know when my tech was on their way. All other plumber’s wanted way too much just to start however City Base Plumbing came out and gave me 3 estimates which helped me pick the best and affordable solution for my budget came out on time did the job and was even cheaper then the estimate these guy's are trustworthy honest and reliable 5 stars

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Very happy with Tietze Plumbing! We had been loosing water pressure for a few weeks and it was continuing to get worse and the worse was we had a terrible screeching noise coming from our Master Shower. I made a call late in the day and was scheduled to have someone come out. Just by my description Edward knew what the problem was. At the time we had rain off and on and he returned when he had a little open time without rain to replace our Pressure Control System out by our street! His repairs made our water pressure better than it was when we bought our house a couple of years ago! Showering is AWESOME now! Fernando and Jessie Went right to work. There was a blockage and they corrected the situation. They explained how it happens and what can be done to minimize it from happening. They went above and beyond by researching an issue and letting me know they will follow through with me about the information. I highly recommend this company.

Great service. Had two water heaters replaced on a scorching hot day, above the second floor in the attic. Very efficient professional service, can't even tell they were ever in the house, except for the hot water that I now have. Santiago and his crew were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are the worst. If your builder uses these guys you should not buy the house. They have a hard time fixing issues like your toilet. They have come to my house twice and both times and did not have the parts to fix the toilet, they even told the warranty person who scheduled the appointment the second time that they had the parts and were on their way.I had them fix the Pressure Valve to my house three times. They never even check to make sure the pressure was correct when the allegedly changed the valve.They have stood me up for an appointment or two as well.Just don't use them. Save yourself time and the aggravation of dealing with this comedy troupe.

My septic went out after 45 years and I had to tie in the San Antonio sewage system. It was a massive job. But completed basically in two days.Half a day to excavate 100 foot trench going 5 to 8 feet down and tying into the dry creek bed behind me where the city runs its sewer.And a full day working in 100+ degrees to hook me to the sewer bypassing my old septicThey still have to put it all back together as far as the dirt goes but I’m not worried about that.
