We were given a time window and Joe B. called almost two hours prior to expected time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly afterwards and found our leak right away. He provided an estimate for the repair to which I agreed to and he fixed the issue quickly. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up the area nicely. Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

Cannot say enough about Joey at Big City Plumbing. He showed up today expecting to replace my disposal. It took him a while to knock on my door. I went out to see what was going on and he was turning off my water main because I had a major leak that I called the city about yesterday. He told me the leak was on my side not the city’s. He called his boss to see what he wanted him to do. In the mean time, he changed out my disposal. He then went outside to dig up my pipe in the rain and repaired it. I forgot to mention he has a guy training with him. He could have easily said nothing about the water running down the curb but, he did and backed it up by fixing it. Joey you were Awesome! Thank you
