Joe the plumber with Bluefrog Plumbing did an excellent job with all the installs in the kitchen. My wife and myself are very pleased with their work. They were very professional.

Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

$482 to replace this $24 fireplace valve. It was not leaking and there was an access door directly leading to the 2 pieces that needed to be unscrewed to replace it (no drywall, siding, or stucco demo needed).They called ask how my service went. I explained I was taken advantage of as I did not receive a breakdown of parts/labor when I received my invoice after the service was done. They promised a manager call back. Instead I have received 4 follow up calls trying to be unsold on other products. Every time I tell them I'm not interested and I'm still waiting for a manager call back.The going rate for a plumber in San Antonio is $105 an hour. It took 45 minutes to replace the $24 part. Not sure where the extra $353 came from and apparently neither can their management staff cause they can't call me back with an explanation.THEN don't even get me started on the $512 charge to dig up a (yes 1) sprinkler Solenoid Valve!?!?The rep was nice enough to offer me a $25 discount though. (See invoice). PLEASE CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBING COMPANY AND DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I WAS.

Our 2 year old got a toy stuck in the sewage line and caused all of our drains to back up. He was able to drive down from a different job in Boerne and have it fixed with in 2 hours from the time of the initial call. Chris was friendly, and was able to do the job cheaper than initially quoted. Would definitely recommend.

Did not fix.On Dec. 7, 2020 I called TIETZE plumbing to see if I could schedule a plumber to come fix a yard leak between the house and the water meter. A lady answered the call and stated that someone could come out sometime mid afternoon to address. She stated a 50.00 dollar service call would be charged to have someone come out. I agreed and explained that we had already cleared the area where the water was coming up from the ground to give a general location to the plumber before he came out to check. I also explained that the reason for calling Tietze Plumbing was because the owner came out to a faculty meeting that was held at the school I worked at in Northside ISD and I thought I would give them the business. Mid day received a call that the plumber was running late but would arrive before the end of the day. A text was sent to verify the employee coming to do the job a Mr. Walker Gumbert.The plumber did arrive and stated that to locate the leak the charge would be 190.00 per hour if it was found in the first 30 minutes there would not be a charge. This hourly rate was not mentioned in the morning during the initial phone conversation however, we agreed for the plumber to begin locating the leak. Two hours later, as the professionals had not located the leak and we asked that they suspend searching. A verbal proposal was given to remove the line from the house to the water meter with a new line installed. Mr. Walker Gubbert took our check payment stating an invoice would be emailed as well as an estimate of the replacement line later in the day.Neither the invoice or estimate were sent until the next morning (11:00) after a phone call was made by us to inquire the following questions: Where was the invoice for the payment made the day before ? Where was the proposed estimate ? If we precede with estimate, will any of the 380.00 be applied toward the total cost to off set services ? Paid 380.00 and services were not rendered to locate leak, estimate was not presented in a timely matter after digging was completed, what is solution ? Is there a warranty and for how long? If we were to proceed once reading the estimate how long would the job take?These questions were not answered as that a lady at the company stated she would have to ask some else and get back with us. Someone did finally call at 2:30 in the afternoon stating a master plumber would be sent out to find the leak. Twenty minutes that person called and stated he was on his way to repair the line. At that point he we stated to him not to come out since we had just received the estimate 3 ½ hours earlier to review the 1900.00 dollar job without having any of the questions answered from the 11:00 phone call we initiated.We will never call this company out again and we will express our opinion to anyone that we know as well as to those that work in Northside ISD. There was no partner perk in using this company.

Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job. You won’t regret it.

Don't bother trying the 24hr emergency number (s) I've been calling and leaving messages for 2 days now in need of services at our facility. Think I'm going to ask for our account to be moved. This is ridiculous
