When I needed a Hot water heater replaced, I called Chambliss Plumbing Company. James Ramos arrived at my home with a new hot water heater of equivalent size as the old one. The skill and professionalism of James' work when replacing the water heater in garage closet was outstanding. Once he had the old water heater out of the closet, he vacuumed up the water which had overflowed the drip pan. When James replaced my hot water heater, he also replaced all of the connections, hoses, and even the gas cut off valve. As I watched James, I was so impressed by how he went about is job ensuring all connections were sealed and seated properly. I was also impressed with how he was so professional and patient with me when asking all of my questions. When James was finished installing my new hot water heater, he even checked the water pressure coming into my home to ensure it was of the proper pressure. Before James left he made sure all the water on the garage floor was wiped up and explained in detail the warranties for the new hot water heater. When James drove off after completing the job, I knew from now on Chambliss Plumbing Company would always have my future plumbing business.

I just want to say THANK YOU to John C of Will's All pro plumbing and AC. he came out today and help me to understand more about my water softener. I agreed to replace it with a new one costly but well worth the cost of the unit and piece of mind about my appliances. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst plumbing experience ever. Charged $369 to run a snake down the drain out and nothing was fixed. Still clogged and now poorer for the experience. Another plumber did the same work less than one year ago and was able to fix the problem. One year warranty is a joke! Do NOT use this company. Over-priced and bad work.

Joey & Joseph were great they came and replaced my PVR valve and told me what things that I didn’t know. They were in time and ensured let me watch them work in the process which was good so that i knew what they are doing. They flushed my water heater and did an inspection and gave me some recommendations and what to do and not do I regards to my plumbing and water softener. Rafaela and Trinity have the best customer service always called and let me know when the techs were coming and always answered my questions and convened during the week and even on the weekends!! Highly recommend!!

Emailed company on Angie's List giving specific details of the work I wanted done. The general manager emailed me back and said it would be a few hundred dollars and that a exact quote would be $40. Had them come out to quote me well over less 10% for discount using AL. $575 is more that a few hundred dollars to me. Called another company that did the work a few hundred dollars, was much more professional and friendly than Will's plumber. Buyer beware for bait and switch tactics and a general manager giving quotes that probably isn't from a plumber. More like an office manager. Was very happy with the work the other company did and the price I paid for it. And their quote was their price which was a few hundred dollars in my opinion.
