Shawn Jackson was very professional and addressed our plumbing issues in a timely manner. He was very through and performed honest work. We will definitely be calling them again for any issues that may arise!

I used Chambliss Plumbing again today to clear a sink drain at my house.
Again, they did a great job. Very professional and courteous employees.

NO STARS!!!I went there on Christmas eve knowing that they were suppose to close at 7:00. They told me at 4:00 when I was there that I needed to have the old part and as i left to go home to get the part I asked again what time they closed and was told 7:00. When I returned just at 5:00 they were closed. I knocked on the door as did another gentleman that was there after being told they closed at 7:00 also. The inconvenience of running home and coming back really mad me mad and was very unprofessional on their part. So I won't be shopping there again..I really doubt that they forgot it was Christmas eve.PS. When I called there in the morning to ask if they were going to be open the man that answered was rude and saidWell this isn't a recordingis it? I should have known then not to shop there but it was the only one that was suppose to be open on Christmas eve until 7:00 which they were not!! They need some one a little more professional to answer the phone also. If it is the owner then he needs to learn some manners. Merry Christmas to Ajax Plumbing...

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

After several days without hot water and tired of waiting for the Home Warranty response I called Roadrunner Plumbing , a company that was referred by a close friend.Next day they sent two pleasant and professional technicians.The water heater was 13 years old and had to be replaced.An estimate was provided and explained in full detail.Since the heater was installed in the attic and had no flood stop they highly recommend,for a peace of mind,the installation of the unit.We approved the job.Service was fast and clean and now my wife is happy.Excellent experience so I highly recommend this Company.

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

We had a major problem under our yard. The sewage pipe was broken and had roots coming into it. Sewage was seeping out into the soil. The toilets and drains were backing up. Ambition showed up quickly, late in the evening! They were able to get things functional quickly and then addressed the bigger issues. I'm located out of the country but Ambition worked within my time zone restrictions to call me overseas often to keep me updated.In the end, the city needed to get involved to fix things on their end but the city refused! Ambition appealed to them and kept after them until they agreed to fix the issue on their end so that Ambition could finish the job.These guys never cut corners, helped me understand everything that was happening, and got our major problem resolved. Even though I am out of the country, they called me often and emailed pictures throughout the process.Trustworthy and professional!

Mo quickly determined the problem and clearly explained the solution. He was extremely courteous and professional and did a great job! At the end of the job, he even took the time to clean up the area. I will continue to use 4M for all future plumbing issues in my home.

I had a leak in my outside water faucets and he fixed them quickly. Their customer service was great as they kept me informed when their arrival. I will definitely hire them again for more services needed in my home.

Paid an expensive hourly rate for a tech to chisel out a hole in my stone wall with a hammer and screwdriver. No power tools on the truck apparently. Charged me $700 to put a hole in my wall on both sides and tell me they weren’t able to find the problem. They proposed to continue tearing up the house to locate the leak at the same rate. I stopped them there to assess what we should do next. They then left me for days with an active leak running out my wall without a follow up or recommendation. Repeated calls sometimes found the receptionist who would promise me Roland would call me. Roland never called me, refused to call me even after expressing my frustration of no communication. Finally I called his tech (Joe) who came through and tried to help me out out of sheer goodness in spite of his company. I hired a separate company to easily locate the problem and still gave Rolands an opportunity to fix it. Their quote came in at triple what I ended up paying for a superior plumber who did a better job than they were proposing. New guys opened a different hole in about 5 min what Rolands guys charged me something like 3 hours to do by hand with a screwdriver. Roland will not admit to mistakes, will not call you back, will not try to help you out. They have no leak detection equipment. Every tech I have had come to my house has been great, he has good workers, so I left 2 stars as I appreciate that. I’ve had success in the past with them clearing my clean out line and another small job. But they charge too much for what they do, there’s better plumbers out there for less. I would never have written this review if Roland or someone else would have just tried to communicate instead of leaving me stranded. His techs should have rescheduled if they didn’t have the necessary tools for the job (I overheard them stating they lacked them) instead of gouging me hourly. And Roland should have owned up to that and given me some slack on the repair quote. I hope the office stops telling customers Roland will call them back for fear it will cause someone an aneurysm ?.

Can’t say enough…these guys have helped me out before but this time they showed up late and last minute JUST to get my plumbing working for the night THEN! Came back in A.M. with bigger machine and cleared everything out above and beyond what I asked for and NEVER changed the price…they’ve earned my biz for life

Not sure about the other techs but the one I had I would never let back in my house. Twice he left my new house a mess. Drug mud in, hot my walls with his tools, left my toilet cover on my sink, rinsed his tools off in bathtub leaving dirt all over the place. Broke my toilet paper holder. Got muddy water all over my door and didn’t try to wipe it up. Had to have the walls and door repainted. The first time he showed up he didn’t have a camera bc “he didn’t know where it was” and when he told me he had to come back another day bc he didn’t have a camera it inconvenienced me with my work schedule. I asked if he could call another unit to bring a camera or find one and do the job that day. He told me no. Guy needs lessons in customers service and how to enter and treat someone’s house and majorly needs lessons on how to clean up his messes. I understand plumbing isn’t a clean job most the time but it’s simple. If you make a mess, clean it.
