I usually read reviews before I make my choice in anything. My wife called another company to come out and look at our sewer problem before I called Mr. Rooter. It was another known company but customer service wasn't there, no courtesy calls before arriving. They started off in the wrong foot .Then we called Mr. Rooter and they set us up with an appointment with a window time. On the day of we received a courtesy call that tech was on the way and they even send you a text and email with the techs name and picture of them , you can track his location with that also. Tech arrived Larry H. Has the best customer service , he was thorough and explained ever thing to us before hand and even during the process. I will foresure recommend Mr. Rooter along with Larry if I can . Keep up the good work Larry ....

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. Really like this company! Excellent service from start to finish. The technician showed up as scheduled and got us fixed up. I was charged fairly and I appreciated receiving a text including a photo verifying who would be coming to my home for the repair. Definitely will call for my future plumbing needs.

I contacted Gill Plumbing with a voice mail. I got a response within an hour. I told him I needed a toilet flange replaced in my upstairs bathroom. John explained the best case and worst case scenarios including the cost for each. John and Nick arrived the same day and completed the repair. I strongly encourage others to contact Gill Plumbing because I had an excellent experience.

I called Big City Plumbing 4.5 years after they installed my water softener. I could not find my receipt and only had a calendar note that they had come to my house. Liz went through their storage and found my receipt and let me know about my 5 year parts and labor warranty. The plumber, Peter, came the next business day and promptly fixed the problem. I could not be more satisfied.

Called four times within a week to notify them that I had a water leak. First time I spoke to a rep, they told my if I was sure and to just monitor the water meter. Called a couple of days later, rep told me that I was going to get a call back - never happened. Called again and same thing - no call back. Today, called again, rep says that a tech would come out in the afternoon, never showed up. Spent the day waiting - not even a phone call to say that they wouldn't make it out.. Very poor service. My house is still under warranty.
