To install a $10 part that would take less than 30 minutes to install they are charging $1,450 in labor. Even had to pay them $77 to give me this ridiculous quote. Stay away from this company. The $500 quote from another company doesn’t seem that bad now.

Rockstar Plumbing was awesome! First though thank you google reviewers…your reviews were spot on. We had a water pipe burst last night and had a water leak in the garage. Plumbers would not take calls or return calls and if they did, they placed us on a 2-week wait list. Then I found David Gonzalez at Rockstar Plumbing. Great person; very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Arrived the following morning well equipped and ready to go. Quickly identified the problems and went step-by-step on what needed to be done and then provided a very fair quote and stuck to it. Work was done flawlessly from beginning to end; all supplies were on-hand, he prepped areas appropriately, completed all needed tasks perfectly and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. True professional and an all-around terrific person. Thank you David and to your team as well!

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Walker Gumbert and Dalton Bratton just finished my bathroom sink faucet install and my garbage disposal. They did professional work and were very Covid protocol compliant. They even slipped covers onto their shoes! I have always hated that garbage disposal so Walker gave me quotes on replacing or re piping. I chose to remove it. He re piped the sink and dishwasher and they left everything very clean and even took the old junk away! Tietze plumbing is the best !

Ambition plumbing came out to our house to look at a leak coming from our shower pipes. As a new homeowner, this was our first time having someone to come out and look at an issue. They were excellent, fixed the problem, expressed honest concerns/suggestions without trying to be pushy or sell anything. Would highly recommend!

After the hard freeze on Thursday night, one of our outside faucets cracked. The issue wasn’t noticed until late in the afternoon. We use our home as a rental property so it was important to us for the repair to be done as soon as possible. 4M had someone on the property within hours. They had the faucet replaced in no time. John and his apprentice came well equipped and were very knowledgeable. They used cameras to identify the problem areas (there were several), and diligently cleaned out the many clogged pipes in the older home I recently bought (some of which had likely been clogged for years). He gave me estimates for two options to fix a more major repair that isn't an immediate issue, and all the while he explained everything as they went. They were friendly, easy to talk to, cleaned up as they went, and most importantly they were able to fix my drains! I couldn't be happier and I will absolutely call John Gill for any future plumbing issues I have.

Big City Plumbing totally came to the rescue for my family. After a full year of dealing with several plumbing companies, we finally found one we can count on. We bought a very old home and with that comes issues here and there. Most of the time when we had other plumbing companies come by to service our home it felt like saving me money was not their priority. They felt like salesman more than service technicians.A friend of ours recommended Big City, which is how you hear about them because they don't spend a bunch of money on advertising. My wife was immediately impressed with the professionalism of Travis (owner). He was able to get James over to our home the next morning. As soon as I met James I could tell right away that he loves his job and he enjoys helping people. He accessed the situation and got the job done no problem - all while keeping us laughing with his great sense of humor.When he told us the price of the job we were amazed. The job would only cost us an amazingly fair price. This is after we had some other plumbing company come by and THE OWNER came into our house - heard what we had to say, somehow knew exactly what the problem was, somehow knew he would have to excavate, and somehow came up with a $6,000 estimate!!! I know, insane. Big City Plumbing is the REAL DEAL, and if you go anywhere else, good luck.

This review is about a horrible experience that my family and I had with JC Enriquez and sons plumbing and remodeling they were initially hired/recommended through our 210 home insurance for a A leak in a pipe outside of our house they initially came to fix it 5/20/2021 Stating that there was a crack in one of the plastic pvc pipes that caused the leak they were paid $250 to come out and fix the leak upon fixing the leak my father noticed that one of the sons who was placing the pipe looked like he put too much force on screwing in the pipe to one of the main components my father asked if that was too much for us and was told no a couple of weeks later the leak has returned They were contacted and stated they would come out and look at it on Thursday June 10th my father took off a whole day of work to wait for them to show and they never showed or called so my father contacted them again they stated that they would show up the following day on the 11th they showed up around 1pm and quickly started digging up the ground to look at the leak I oversaw I say turned over the ground until my father was able to arrive when my father arrived He spoke with the older man and he was insistent that there must have been a child or someone who stepped on the piping and caused it to leak again which was going to Cost another $250 to fix my father argued the point that there isn’t anybody in the area that crosses through so joe started coming up with other possible scenarios my Father brought up that when it was initially installed by his son that it look like it was on there too tight and The older man stated that that was not possible So after a while of going back-and-forth Joe stated that he would not be fixing The leak and that he would return the $250 back to my father in the form or a check that he would have mailed out as soon as he got back to the office and we would receive it by Tuesday it was a horrible extremely unprofessional experience we did seek out a different plumber same day and when the other plumber came to fix the leak he stated that the pipping that was placed was tighten way too tight that tension is what caused the leak And today 6/15/2021 there was a phone call received from the owner of the company at 12:18pm Requesting for us to remove our review and about signing a form in order for us to receive a refund. This is harassment blackmail extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Great service from plumber tech Daniel Leyva. He was AMAZING and very knowledgeable, he also gave great in sight on benefits of water softener which I am definitely going to get installed by Gibson!!!
