Best Gas Leak in San Antonio TX

Today Shawn came to clear a pipe and install a new water softener. He called ahead, was on time and worked efficiently, leaving a spotless workplace. I particularly appreciate how he patiently walked me through the operation of our the water softener. Like his assistant Matt, Shawn was courteous and skilled. Thanks so much.

The driver of a truck with your logo prominently displayed tried to run me off the road three times last Sunday afternoon. They were going about 90 miles an hour down 281 and rode a few feet behind my vehicle. I was unable to get out of the way due to high traffic conditions and he had to swerve to avoid hitting me. He then took the turnaround to come back and menace my vehicle again. Please advise your drivers to not drive like homicidal maniacs in company trucks. Thank you

Mitch was very professional and once I called he was at my location within an hour, which was such a relief given 5 other plumbers told me they couldnt make it out until next week. He fixed my bathtub faucet that would not stop running in such a timely fashion despite having to leave to purchase a part and come back to finish the job. I highly recommend this business!!

I called Will's because my main sink drain was clogged. The responder showed up 2 hours late, then proceeded to try and pitch a 425$ Band-Aid subscription service. That was the cheapest option. I expressed my displeasure and after convincing his manager via phone call, the price was lowered to 350. I once again expressed displeasure and the price was lowered to 250. I decided to not try and argue anymore and simply asked the responder to leave. This business uses an insidious and malicious model that preys on the elderly, ill-informed and disabled. I recommend using extreme caution and acquiring multiple quotes before deciding on Will's. Thank you for reading, hope this saves someone a headache or a dollar.

2-23-21 These fine gentlemen came and fixed my ruptured pipe in my ceiling a week after the infamous 2021 Texas freeze. They pinpointed the rupture within minutes of arriving and had it repaired within the hour. True professionals, I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. Thank you so much.

Cris helped me fix a few small issues after moving into my new house, and Joey recently installed a drain pan under my water heater and discovered a pipe that needs to be replaced. He walked me through why the pipe needed to be replaced, how the process would go and how much it would cost from start to finish. The office staff are phenomenal too (Rafaela is a delight). Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)
