I just had to take the time to recognize this awesome company! From the start of the job (setting the appointment) to finish Mr. Rooter is five stars all the way! The booking process was so fast. I called after normal business hours, but I was still able to get an appointment the following business day. They gave me a heads up of when they were arriving and the technician, Dan, arrived on time exactly as mentioned. Believe or not some OTHER companies have told me they were on the way and showed up over an hour later or not at all. And as far as the service review goes, Dan is definitely an integral part of what makes this company so great! He was very knowledgeable and professional when addressing my issue. He was also speedy and efficient. I appreciate the amazing service, Mr. Rooter!

We discovered what looked like a foundation leak on Mon. morning. It was fixed by Mon. evening, without an after hours upcharge! Mr. Mitchell made the time to come out within a few hours of calling, and quickly assessed the issue. He quoted a fair estimate, sent two very nice and capable young men to make repairs. Within a span of a few hours, all work was professionally done, and they even cleaned up after themselves. It's not often you hear people talk about integrity, and doing the right thing by charging a pair price while they provide great service. You will if you hire Mr. Mitchell & crew. He is the needle in the haystack.

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. Big City Plumbing has done many jobs in my house for reseating toilets, burning off epoxied kitchen faucets, same issue with garbage disposal but not burned off, to installing a new water valve and pipes to the bathtub. I started working for another business as an Administrative Assistant and Big City Plumbing is our go to plumber for excellence and they were there for us when we had a water leak emergency that had to be taken care of on Saturday. Thank you Big City; you're the best by far.

Had a leak from water filter system install. That company had claimed to have repaired leak. Abel repaired both inlet & outlet lines that were leaking. He also found previous repairs & reran a new line from the water meter. Explained everything in detail as he and another young man worked on the lines. Pointed out a broken cover for the water meter & advised me to contact saws to repair. Pricing was much lower then anticipated. 5 out of 5 jalapños! Will highly recommend :)

Gibson told me they would arrive between 1 and 5 PM, they arrived at 1PM! (never had that happen before:) ) Well dressed professionals that diagnosied the issue in 5 minutes. Bart Morales gave me a full explanation of what was needed and replaced my water regulator in just over an hour. I will definitly call Gibson any time i have plumming concerns!
