We had water back up into our bathroom on a Sunday. Blue frog was able to send a tech to identify the problem and get it fixed for us same-day. They were quick, professional, and the work was quality. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs and recommending to all friends and family.

I called for an appointment to get my ac system repaired . I also scheduled an appointment online for the ac system repair . 1st Call did call back. They also confirmed an appointment for the same day as I requested. That was all good and satisfactory.The technician arrived within the time frame of the appointment. Again, good. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He efficiently repaired the problem. (The system drain was clogged). I supplied the chemicals (bleach and hot water). The technician was at my residence approximately a half hour. The repair took at most 15 minutes.I felt the price of the repair was high , but after talking to owner , a reasonable fee was agreed to. .Overall the company did a good job . They were quick and responsive . The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. I got home around 11:30PM to find a bedroom and part of the garage flooded. I did a Google search for plumbers but Will's All Pro Plumbing was the only service able to respond to the call at that time, and was able to do so within 30min. They were very courteous and professional. I received text message updates that the technician was on his way, and was provided a photo of the technician and his rating. Benjamin Tracy was quick to assess the whereabouts of the leak and was able to stop the leak promptly. The repair costs also didn't send me into a panic, they were very reasonable for the work that had to be done. They were also affiliated with a restoration business that was able to provide me an estimate to repair the water damage so I could submit the estimate to the insurance company. I highly recommend this business!

The first time we had a consultation with Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Turns out that our water heater was fairly old and had shut off at the breaker causing us to lose our hot water. When we called to have our heater replaced at the owner's request, Ryan came out the second time as well, replaced our unit and did an excellent job. He completed the task in a timely manner for a fair price. We would strongly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable business with great service! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Okay, here’s my story, last night I came home and noticed water on our garage floor. I pretty much knew it was my water heater and the tank broke and I would need a replacement water heater. Well, that night I contacted a reputable company and they came out and confirmed what I knew and gave me a bid. I thought OMG this is awfully high (my last water heater cost me about $700). We’ll, the following morning I got another bid from a well known company and it was $500 more than the previous one. Then I called Gill’s Plumbing and they promptly came out and gave me a bid and it was in line with my first bid. I went with John Gill and I’m so happy I did. They were so professional and you could tell they were perfectionist and the work they did was amazing. Yeah, it was pretty expensive but now that I see the finished job, IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I would not hesitate to recommend John for any plumbing issues. I admire his professionalism and dedication to his customers. Please give Gill’s Plumbing an opportunity to bid on your next job. Posting for my 89 yr old Grandmother. Her kitchen sink was very clogged and she was unable to use the sink. Big City Plumbing came to her rescue. Travis and James arrived in a timely manner, we professional, and did a wonderful job in getting the drain cleared of any debris and got her sink working again. In the case of replacing my water heater in my situation, the dryer had to be removed away from the work area. It had to be temporarily relocated to my den while the new water heater was being installed. the plumber, (Oscar) conducted himself in a professional courteous manner, was considerate of my property/furnishings, and handled moving everything with care.After the water heater was successfully installed and the dryer relocated/reconnected back to its original location, Oscar also installed a pressure relief valve by the water main coming in to the house. Both jobs were performed in a manner consistent with the quality that I have come to expect and appreciate from Santiago/Oscar and Alamo Plumbing Solutions. Outstanding work. I recommend them highly. We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.

I must say best company in SA. The customer Service is outstanding and professional. This company has a great team both out in the field and in their office. Should anyone seek a plumber I highly recommend David and crew as they takes pride in what they do and are reasonable with their fees. Their crew definitely deserves a 10 rating not 5.
