Mr. Toby was the plumber assigned to tackle our plumbing issue, he called prior to his visit and I also received a text from the company alerting me Mr Toby was in route. Once Toby arrived he immediately began to analyze the issue, quoted a price and immediately went to work. A job well done, thank you!

I had some issue with water flow, I have an older home and I started having issues I took a chance to visit with Mitch (owner) as his was doing some work for my neighbor. I explained the issue that I was having he was glad do give me an estimate. I contracted him to do the work he was always on time and kept me informed to how progress was going stayed on budget work done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend red brass plumbing. The company sent a text to confirm appointment and sent a picture of technician named Richard Wenzlaff. The technician quickly accessed the situation . Then gave me three options to correct plumbing issues so that I could decide the best option for my situation. The technician assured me that they had their own people to complete the entire job from start to finish, which was the option I chose .This comes with a 2 year warranty. The pricing was fair for the work done with warranty. The technician that came out to do tile work was very knowledgeable of how to complete tile repair properly and to our satisfaction. His name was John Olivares. If I need any plumbing repairs in the future, I would not hesitate to call Will's All Pro and request these technicians again. Today is a Friday so tile work is to set and cure over weekend. The plumbing technician will call next week to set appointment to install all hardware to complete the job. First time experience with this business. Called about a leak at the shut off valve. Came out that day to give a free estimate. Gave me 3 options for fixing the problem. The estimate was in writing and once I decided which option to go with I was called the next day and the work was done. Angel and Jon Jon the crew that came to do the work were very thorough in explaining the work to be done. Did a great job and left the job site back to normal. Payment was easy. They accept cash, check and major credit cards.

I recommend obtaining multiple quotes if you have a major plumbing issue. Guarantee Plumbing charged me double the amount for a pipe camera inspection compared to two other reliable San Antonio plumbing companies. In addition, their quote to repair the major leak was over $3,000 more than the other two companies. If it is a large job, then certainly get multiple quotes.
