Had an issue of no hot water and Chambliss replaced the water heater several years ago. Upon calling, was informed that the water heater was still under warranty and set up a time. They were very prompt and sent someone out right away. Once there, the plumber said that since it was still under warranty, he can go ahead and replace it, under warranty, for $1500. That is $500 more than a new one without warranty, so I had my concerns. It ended up being the lower heating element, which he replaced for $190. I asked about the upper and he said he didn't replace because it's the lower one that goes bad. OK, makes sense. The plumber had told me three different things before the repair, so I asked what it ended up being. I just wanted an explanation of repairs and was told it would be on the invoice, which was emailed to my husband's email. Once I saw the invoice, it stated that he replaced both. I contacted Chambliss to clarify and also told him my concerns about the guy he sent out. The owner said that he was not one of his regular customer service workers, which was obvious. It was in the afternoon so Mr Chambliss said he will talk to his guy the next day, see about a discount and call me back. I told him that I'm not looking for a discount and if that is what the job pays, then I'm OK with it. I just want clarification on the repair because the plumber had told me three different issues in addition to trying to sell me a new water heater for way too much. He stated that he will clarify and call me back and confirmed he will call me back before hanging up. It has been a week and I never received that clarification or the call back. I really don't trust this company any more and want to share my experience just in case there are others out there.

To install a $10 part that would take less than 30 minutes to install they are charging $1,450 in labor. Even had to pay them $77 to give me this ridiculous quote. Stay away from this company. The $500 quote from another company doesn’t seem that bad now.

I called for an appointment to get my ac system repaired . I also scheduled an appointment online for the ac system repair . 1st Call did call back. They also confirmed an appointment for the same day as I requested. That was all good and satisfactory.The technician arrived within the time frame of the appointment. Again, good. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He efficiently repaired the problem. (The system drain was clogged). I supplied the chemicals (bleach and hot water). The technician was at my residence approximately a half hour. The repair took at most 15 minutes.I felt the price of the repair was high , but after talking to owner , a reasonable fee was agreed to. .Overall the company did a good job . They were quick and responsive . The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

Roger M. is confident and knowledgeable, has great customer service, remained professional, and did a great job diagnosing and correcting our slab leak (5 stars for Roger M). He located and capped our old copper pipes and rerouted the required plumbing using current pipe materials routed through the attic. The initial quote was diagnosis only. The reroute was an entirely separate price. Since we had a slab leak, we really didn’t take time to request other quotes and recommendations. The cost was considerably higher than I anticipated, but the customer service and workmanship seemed spot on! It was frustrating that the second plumber did not arrive until it was time to wrap the pipes in the attic with an insulated material and clean up the work areas. Overall, I’m satisfied. Hoping we won’t need any repeat services, but would feel confident in hiring Roger again (5 star for him - marked down to 4 star simply due to price over $5K!!!).

So it was Saturday, 4 hours before family was due for our early Christmas party, and I had a pretty serious plumbing issue. My usual plumber was out of town but his company recommended Primo, so I called, and got a quick response. The service technician (Mitchell) was professional, polite but best of all, very knowledgeable! He had the plumbing up and running and my Christmas party was only delayed for just under an hour. Big plus, the cost was reasonable.I highly recommend Primo!

Jason came out to help troubleshoot and correct the issue we had with our ac unit. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

DO NOT use this company. If you do, you will regret it!!!! Their customer service and assistance after the sale is completely unacceptable. It’s been 8 months since I replace my entire AC system and I am still fighting to get them to assist me with correcting their mistake. They filed a CPS rebate incorrectly and is costing me hundreds of dollars.Their administrative staff displays a total lack of concern and cover for each other. Managers are ALWAYS in a meeting no matter the time of day, they will never return your calls, and they will ignore your emails.I just filed a BBB complaint based on this situation. Do yourself a favor and choose another company. It will be worth thousands in peace of mind. I guarantee it.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dez. He went above and beyond and even adjusted our water heater out of the kindness of his heart so that we didn't have to go 3 days without hot water. Who does that?! Anthony was great, too, and found a complete break in the system that had existed for 14 years when the house was built! The dig crews are some of the hardest workers on the planet! They are coming back to level out the excess dirt from the excavation. Last, but not least, the administrative team didn't keep us in the loop a few times which caused some confusion on our end, and the dig crews usually left without letting us know the status or what to expect next. However, I believe some changes were made internally because communication improved and was superior by the time the project was done.Our home was in good hands with Parker and Sons, and although I hope to never need them, I'd hire them again in a heart beat. 5 stars!

I had a bad leak in the 2nd worst place to get a leak, under and across every cement pad on my property. They showed up at 12:30pm for the estimate. David and Chris came in, said they could do it without tearing up my whole place, which surprised me. I had multiple options in case the first and cheapest didn't work out. They had job done by 5pm after replacing 82 ft of waterline with over 60ft of it under my double driveway and covered carport. I would recommend A&A Plumbing to anyone that needs their services. And it didn't hurt too bad. I guess it could have been MUCH MUCH worse. They were fast, professional and explained everything thoroughly.

Called Mr. Plumber to address low water flow throughout our house. They set up a time to have a tech come out free of charge to look over the situation and give me recommendations on possible fixes and prices associated with the recommended repairs. A slot came open a day early and they called that morning to see if we could have the tech come out early. Jason showed up within 45 minutes of the call and looked over everything. He explained what he felt the issue was and gave me the price quote to repair it. He also took the time to answer some questions I had about some other possible scenarios and the cost associated. Once we decided on the route we were going to take he started work right away. I was actually surprised as I thought they were going to reschedule a different time to perform the repairs. Jason did and excellent job and finished within a reasonable amount of time. He kept the area clean and they take pictures of everything and send those to you along with your invoice, which is a nice touch.

I needed a whole home plumbing inspection for a new construction home I planned on closing in the next week, so I hired Shafer Services Plus to do it. The inspection was done today on 04/26/22 by Tyler. Even though I couldn’t be there in person for the inspection because of work, I am glad I still scheduled the inspection for today. Tyler was amazing and was extremely thorough. He updated me on what he found during the inspection and really helped me understand and learn what his findings were and what that meant for me as a homeowner. From the phone conversation alone, it felt like I really had a personal advocate in this whole home buying process , and that I was making an informed decision. I wish all contractors and technicians had his level of professionalism and level of motivation. When I did ask a few questions, he really took the effort and time to answer them without brushing the question aside. Finding good contractors and skilled tradesman is difficult, so I am more than happy to have had Tyler do my plumbing inspection. I will be requesting him for any plumbing services in the future. I hope Shafer Services Plus recognize him for his quality work and professionalism. Even though he could’ve given me a brief simplified explanation of the inspection, he went above and beyond to ensure I understood the inspection report before proceeding with closing.

My faucet was backed up and it wouldn’t drain. My home warranty was previously sent out by another company and I was told I would have to cut behind the wall. I asked for a second opinion and this guy came and took his time to snake out the drain it was a tough job but he got it done. I can’t remember his name but he had just bought new riding equipment. Thank you so much for your persistence. Great young man. Sorry late for review.
