We were given a time window and Joe B. called almost two hours prior to expected time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived shortly afterwards and found our leak right away. He provided an estimate for the repair to which I agreed to and he fixed the issue quickly. He was professional, courteous, and cleaned up the area nicely. Receptionist Tracey who took my call was also great with explaining fees and scheduling. Highly recommend Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning.

Michael “Angel” came out and diagnosed the problem right away and contacted company to come out and assist with water damage and mold.

We had a clogged toilet and of course, we have several out-of-town family members arriving later on today, so no pressure, lol. Got to say, it's hard to find a plumber on a Saturday but Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air was spot on and responsive. The front desk person that answered our call was very cordial and helpful. They dispatched Joe w/i a couple of hours. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable , friendly and very easy to work with. He cleared the clog thoroughly and made sure the toilet was working properly before departing. Highly recommend these guys!

Travis installed a sink disposal in May...I called him today because it wasn't working. All of his crew was busy but he came by and found it to be jammed. He was very helpful and seemed engaged to helping me out. I will call him the next time I need a plumber

Came to fix a shower door. It was a 10 minute fix and cost around $180. Did not require any parts. I feel like that's a little high but you get what you pay for. Great customer service and serviceman was knowledgeable.

My beef is we called them out to repair a pipe. We offered more work repairing the toilet. Well they take the easy job of replacing the the toilet but decide to not work on the pipe repair even though that was the major problem needing to be fixed. So they take the easy job but leave the harder more necessary one.We had to call another plumber, that told us they had no problem fixing it.

Murray Plumbing is my go to plumber of choice! Great service from the field guys all the way to the office ladies. You can tell this company truly cares about all of their customers and they truly go above and beyond. 100 percent recommend this family owned company.

They were able to come out the same day for our clogged kitchen sink. Very professional. They explained what they were going to do with the clean out. Very efficient. No more sink full of water!!! Thanks!!!!

This company came and charged me for hyrdostatic test (which indicated failure aka a leak somewhere) and to run a camera down my drain and allegedly found the crack. this was done on Wednesday Feb 24th. I tried to schedule with plumber (Michael) at that time but he said i need to call the office, i called the office the next day Thursday Feb 25 and spoke with Jacob and was told he needs to call me back later that afternoon to schedule because he needed to speak with Michael first (??) Then i reached out to Bradley Gause (Director of Commercial Operations) on Wednesday Feb 24 via email and he responded with someone would reach out to get me scheduled the next day. That never happened either. I've been called over a dozen times all week but no one ever picks up, you can't leave a message, and they already know they left me hanging. So essentially, I paid close to $400 to say yes you have a crack, have a nice day. I have yet to have the company contact me and schedule me to repair my drain and today is Friday 12:01 pm..... VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT MONEY THAN THE CUSTOMER.

First time I've used these guys and they're awesome. I've had 3 different plumbers out to look at an issue and they all gave different diagnoses. Quotes have ranged from $800 to $9000 for a cracked pipe I'm terrible with names so I've forgotten his name but he did a different diagnostic test and told me he doesn't think the pipe is cracked. He also fixed my sinks and drains. The price was phenomenal compared to the other guys. They came across as very honest and professional. Definitely will use these guys in future. Such a great experience! Our issue was handled in a very short period of time plus we were provided helpful information regarding faucet repair. Very pleased and will be recommending without hesitation.

This company over charges for the services they provide not only that they are very dysfunctional when it comes to work being done. The entire company has a horrible lack of communication and blames the other person for the failures and shortcomings of not meeting the deadlines they say will be able to meet. I would not recommend them for any jobs whether it was a small or large construction plumbing joband I wouldn't let them do work at my home out of fear that most of the plumbers they send aren't plumbers they are helpers that are semi knowledgeable in the industry. This allows for to much room for errors without the proper supervision of a plumber who is licensed. Save your time and money and go with a more reperative company who is not based out of Austin/Taylor area and is committed to our community better.

Colin just completed the water heater service and looked at a couple of other things. Great job! Took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand. I will always recommend A&A!
