Our main sewer line broke, with water coming from the base of the toilet & floor...after 4PM on a Friday. Called Bluefrog Plumbing...Anthony Bump to the rescue. Anthony's service, professionalism, honesty & patience is excellent. He explained the diagnosis, repair timeline, showed us the damaged sewer line and answered our many questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and by then it was Friday night when he finished. The team that repaired, dug & backfilled were all professional & kept us informed each step of the way. We appreciate the corporate culture of Bluefrog, Anthony and the teams who worked replacing our sewer line.We were so pleased, we had Bluefrog back to do more plumbing work.We highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing!

Texas All Pro Plumbing made the mark with me by providing same day service needed at an affordable price. Everyone from my initial call with the dispatcher to my experience with John, the Technician was awesome. They were easy to talk to and did everything they said the would, same day even! I also received an after service call from their Customer Service Representative the next day to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and my problem was resolved. Posting for my 89 yr old Grandmother. Her kitchen sink was very clogged and she was unable to use the sink. Big City Plumbing came to her rescue. Travis and James arrived in a timely manner, we professional, and did a wonderful job in getting the drain cleared of any debris and got her sink working again. Thank you Travis and James for going above and beyond to get my grandma sink working again. She was very pleased with the service, they were also affordable and she would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

They do a decent job, I think they are priced a little high but they do get the job done well with good quality material. They Replaced an outside Hose Spigot 4 months ago. Since they were already doing 18000 dollars worth of work they said they would throw this in for free but it usually 159. It broke and started leaking already I replaced it myself yesterday for 12 dollars. So 159 again shows you how high their prices are, I am unsure if I would use them again

Reasonable price. Professional service. Took extra caution and replaced new heater that he had just installed. It appeared to have a leak even though he knew the attached faucet was loose and stopped leaking once tightened. He wanted me to have peace of mind and got the unit replaced. Great customer service. I am a very happy customer!

I have used People's Choice Plumbing for many projects this year. Having an older home something is always going on.. lol Each time i call Peoples Choice they were everything I expected and more. Even said if it ain't broke don't fix it what plumbing company will do that? This one! I always trust their opinion because i know that won't do something just to make a buck, hard to find now a days. No matter what time of day, all i have to do is call. Excellent customer service, excellent repairs every time. I have even had them do work for my sons house. This is the only plumbing company i will use from now on. Thanks for everything!

Never doing business with this company. They get a 1 Star because the work got done.We had just moved into our new office down the road, and we figured we would support our small business neighbors. We needed some work done for our Cert. of Occupancy - water heater & P-trap under sink. Over the phone they quote me $170 an hour, plus parts and the water heater permit, but they would need to come out first to give us a better estimate. They come out and do the evaluation. I ask “170$ an hour, plus permit, plus parts, right?” He says “yes, I’ll send you the estimate when I get to the office via email.” I receive the estimate and I confirm that the estimate includes all the work needed to be done, and I get a “yes.” We agree for them to come out.There was some miscommunication in the morning with the plumber, but he came back and got the job... minus the air circulation issue in the water heater room, we decided to do that ourselves.We get the bill and it was for the FULL amount on the estimate! Even though we opted to do some of the work ourselves....So my business partner calls and questions the secretary and asks for an itemized list. They make “an adjustment” but now we have some new fees that were never mentioned before! Admin fee and overhead and project??? What in the world? We run a small business too and this is factored into our hourly rate...we don’t surprise our clients with hidden fees! If you do business with these people maybe ask for an itemized estimate to make sure they aren’t sneaking in any hidden fees.

Used Juan’s Plumbing to have a brand new water heater installed a couple of years ago and again recently to have a part replaced on the same water heater. He helped get the part under the warranty and then installed it at a reasonable cost. From years ago I kept recommending him to other people I knew looking for a plumber and I will continue to do so. Thank you Juan’s Plumbing for always providing amazing service!

Chris and Jose were professional and on time. The prices are more than I can afford. There was confusion during the explanation of different options. If you have a faucet that is leaking they can replace it if I buy my own for less but it has to be done the same day. That's not ideal since I didn't buy one because I thought mine could be fixed. Oh well. I'll buy one and have someone else put it in.

They replaced my water heater last summer and I have had no problems with it or the connections.

The master plumber will sub work to unlicensed workers who do not do quality work or even finish what they are paid to do. I have water damage, holes in my roof, and fixtures uninstalled after nearly 4 months under contract. If you have recent water damage from the winter snow, please save yourself headache and do not call this company. They will abandon you.
