Old Glory Plumbing

I initially contacted them on a Sunday and after ensuring that we were OK for that day, Old Glory Plumbing scheduled us for a visit first thing Monday morning. Their technicians were very thorough and successfully made the repairs. The owner (Jesse) also made himself available to walk us through the repair and our bill. We are very thankful for their services and will gladly refer any plumbing business their way. Thank you.

Very satisfied with the plumbing services provided by this company. Would definitely recommend! I had a small leak behind my living room wall, the plumber went through the garage wall to repair because I didn’t want my living room wall removed. They were able to repair the leak from the garage with very little access. I admire their work ethic and ability to get the job done within my expectations!

Charges so much. Not on time. Two months later the part they fix breaks. And they charge $1,300. I called them the owner sounded rude. What cheap part or labor work they did. It is not worth it. Don’t get work done from this place.

The master plumber will sub work to unlicensed workers who do not do quality work or even finish what they are paid to do. I have water damage, holes in my roof, and fixtures uninstalled after nearly 4 months under contract. If you have recent water damage from the winter snow, please save yourself headache and do not call this company. They will abandon you.

Worst plumbing company in San Antonio. If zero stars were an option then that's what they'd get. I watched a friend struggle time and time again to communicate and resolve an issue from a permit they pulled for unlicensed workers. And instead of coming to fix the issue they demand payment in advance before even coming to look at the damage caused. It's amazing a company like this is allowed to exist. If a guy named Marin shows up with 20 guys in his truck you are in for a bad time. Keep an eye on your tools because they will walk away when his crew is around.

This company is known to pull permits for unlicensed workers and then never follow up or inspect its completion. STAY FAR AWAY if you don't want the headache of dealing with a dishonest company like Old Glory Plumbing.

Currently 2 weeks past scheduled completion date and Jesse still hasn't finished. Also demands 100% payment before he's even passed city inspections. Extremely shady. Pretty sure he gets away with it according to other reviews. Hire professionals, not these con men.
