Matt was our service expert, he was professional, explained the process, answered our questions thoroughly. He did the repair with the least amount of damage to the exterior brick wall. Very happy with this company, quick response, fair pricing.

A time was scheduled for services but was not kept by the plumber, nor did I hear from anyone from the company until I made the effort to find out why the scheduled appointment was missed. I called and email numerous times with no return communication. I intended to go with a different plumbing service but was contacted by the Mr. Rooter plumber Larry, who expressed great concern for the poor discourteous experience, and stated he would do whatever it took to take care of the plumbing situation and render excellent service. I decided to give him a second chance and I’m glad I did! My home is an older home and Mr. Rooter came in, fixed the problem, with no damage to the mid-century bathroom! They even provided other benefits with no cost and the price of the repair was quite reasonable. I am so glad Larry talked me into it. Thank you Kaylee, Amanda, Roger, Nick and Larry for turning things around and proving that Mr. Rooter does care about courteous customer service.

Jake and his Partner got here exactly in the time frame they quoted the day before and 30 minutes before they arrived someone called and texted to let me know that they would be here. They used foot covers were very clean. They were very courteous and quiet for A-day sleeper. I told them my issue They let me know what would be required and they were correct, they finished the job solved my issue if we have problems in the future we will give them a call. Quick and efficient now I can enjoy the rest of my day before I have to go to my next job. There is nothing more precious than time.

My water line from my garage to the 3 outdoor faucets is leaking (slab leak). The solution is to redirect the water line to the attic above the garage than run the water line to the manifold feeding the valves (installing a 3/4 PEX insulated water line). Since it's a major job I talked to 4 different plumbing companies -- after I review the specifications of their scope of works I selected the CMC.Here is the reason why I selected CMC Plumbing Solutions:1. CMC's scopes of work for my plumbing job were very specific, logic (made scenes), cost effective.2. Well managed in term of minimized the cut of the Sheetrock within my house.3. I was charged 440 dollars for a 30 minute job. I had a simple valve replacement. I have no complaints about quality of the work done. I was grossly overcharged, in hindsight. They also bill you 38 dollars for the estimate if one finds their prices too high. Steer clear of this business. I wish I had read these reviews first.

This has been the worst waste of time I have ever spent trying to hire a licensed/master plumber. Sebastian or Santiago not sure what his name was decided to book me for an appointment and didn't show. I didn't even get a call, I had to call him! So I decide to give it another shot as I'm trying to be understanding. But then we set up an appointment for the next day and he contacts me because he wants to know what time I can meet him to pay him without him even doing any of the job. He seemed more worried about how or when he was going to get paid. Just wasn't clear enough on the process and was also not flexible on working around work schedules. What happened to doing the job and sending an invoice!?!? What a waste of time and breath!... do not hire, do not call, do not even give it a try! These guys aren't professional enough and don't have their systems set up properly!

They are very expensive and overcharge without a valid explanation. I think they took advantage and were not honest about the job they did. Service was average.
