Our main supply line was leaking under house. Mitch was outstanding; from the first day to give us a quote, to the time he finished the job. Everything was explained and thoughtfully considered to ensure the job was done while keeping the cost as low as possible. This includes the water abatement company Mitch recommended. Keep in mind, first responders receive a 15% discount too!

I am so happy I called to get my A/C repaired. JR was great. He took the time to look at different options to figure out what the problem was. He is very customer service oriented and very efficient.Just to add some background information, I had been calling other A/C service providers that work with my home extended warranty for 4 days with no luck. Needless to say, I had been without A/C for 4 days in the Texas summer weather... I was not a happy camper. After having no success working with contractors under my home warranty, I started looking for other options and looked for other service providers online. I came across Will's All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning website and decided to call. City Base Plumbing is Now my go to Plumbing company.My water heater unfortunately developed a leak beyond repair. After being one of the companys suggested by my previous water heater, and a Souh San Antonio independent woman owned Plumbing Co., it was a no brainer to go with this company to replace my existing water heater instead of the over priced TV Plumbing Co.From the receptionist to the two estimates I received. No pressure to decide what I wanted. After I informed the reception that I had taken A-day off to get this done she was able to not only get a plumber but a additional plumber the Master plumber Angel to come earlier than expected to replace my water heater.Plumber David DeLeon and Master Plumber Angel replace my water heater with all new parts as requested and done in a 3 hour time period!!Not only was the job done in a timely manner but I also learned how to maintain and flush my new water heater so it can last a long time!Thank you City Base Plumbing Management for hiring great employees likeDavid and Angle!!

John Gill and his team are the best service plumbers I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are not the cheapest, but they are definitely worth it and an incredible value. If you really value your property and the people associated with it, you should call Gill. Big-bad-John knows a ton about all eras of plumbing- we use him on a couple of 1920's houses (and everywhere else) and I am always impressed with Gill's. Worth it every time, in high demand, a pleasure to work with.

I used Big City Plumbing to find a plumbing leak at my home. Joey was the lead on the job and was very professional. Unfortunately, the leak was under my driveway and we had to make a couple of holes to get to it. However, after the repair was complete, the team did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was very happy with the service from Big City Plumbing. The price was reasonable considering the amount of time and effort that it took to isolate and repair the leak. I will definitely call Big City Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the future.

We hired Alamo plumbing to come out to look into a leak after reading all the great reviews and unfortunately our experience was anything but that. We were messed around - they were late for two appointments and another two appointments were cancelled, one of those without even so much as a phone call to let us know. We called and called and they would never return our calls, even after going into their office to ask for a refund we have been unable to get any response on the poor customer service we received. We never got a proper diagnosis of the issue and basically we waited nearly 3 weeks and paid $95 dollars for someone to come and dig a hole and leave a mess in our front yard. In the end, we hired a different company to come out and look at the issue and it was fixed that same day.
