I think this company does good work although they seem too expensive. I called them because I heard about them on ktsa and they talked very highly about them. Initially they came out and were not charging me a service call and did do a tankless water heater flush for about $400. Not too different from Jon Wayne. Wasn’t too disappointed and was hoping this would fix our water heater tripping every so often but it didn’t and I was on board that it might not but it was overdue for a flush. Then they came back out after I called them again and diagnosed with rinnai tech support and found hopefully the issue. They replaced the control gas valve for about $900 for labor and part was warrantied. I’m really counting on this being fixed. I have a 1 year warranty on labor and parts are free for another 7 years but if this doesn’t fix the issue then I may call someone else. If they wouldn’t be too expensive I would call them back. I think $900 is overly expensive for a 1 hour installation unless they counted all the diagnostic work which that was not shared with me. All in all the guy did good work so not looking down on him. I think I can find another company that does the same work for less if I just look around. Can’t give them 5 stars based on cost.

Peter and his coworker (did not get his name) came out and did a great job in fixing my plumbing issue. Highly recommend these guys!!!!! Other company tried to way over charge but these guys were honest!!!!!

The company I feel is solid. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off as far as pricing goes. They were super helpful when they came out to replace my water heater same day, so I called them again when I had a pipe leak in my yard. For this issue unfortunately the guys had to come out twice because the problem was in two places. Brandon & Gilbert came out both times & took care of us. I'm super grateful for this because I didn't have explain any issues & Brandon made sure to take care of said issues. If we continue to receive this level of service we will continue to use this company for sure.

Amazing experience with Tino who took the time to explain everything that needed to happen to fix the problem. He was very professional and he did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to use his services or recommend them in the future. Totally satisfied with everything especially that they came out so fast and had everything with them required to complete the repair.

I had a major problem. I was outputting 23% more water per hour than normal and had a $200 water bill. I had a leak...somewhere. It’s just me and I usually have bills under $100. I called a couple of companies, not very customer friendly to say the least then I started look for plumbers by their reviews. Red Brass had a solid 5 star review record so I called. I got in touch with Mitch. He said he could be there by 7 and he was. This leak was not obvious. There was nothing in the house that would indicate there was a leak. He looked absolutely everywhere. Isolated all of the water lines. He is by far the best at what he does. But what I want to highlight here is this. He said to me “nobody ever wakes up thinking they want to call a plumber.” It’s true. Of everything that goes wrong, you think of your pipes last because we all think those are solid and nothing can go wrong there. He is a person, not just a company. He understood my financial situation and his willingness and persistence to go out of his way to find and almost impossible leak amazed me. Not many people would go out of their way to help like he did. Not only would I recommend him and this company, I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs. Indoor and out.

I was impressed with the overall service, from customer rep Betty to the technician. You are texted a photo and short biography on the technician before arrival. My technician Roger was extremely polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about my plumbing issue. He honored the price he quoted upon arrival, even though his company tablet was giving a higher price when he finished the job. His tablet was giving him connectivity issues so I had to complete the transaction over the phone with Terry. She charged me even less than Roger's original quote. I felt very comfortable with my overall experience with this company and even scheduled one of their AC techs to service my system soon.

I would highly recommend City Base Plumbing they get the job done and the customer service is Outstanding!!!!!

BG Plumbing was a very good experience. This gentleman did a great job at a very reasonable price. He had every opportunity to suggest services that I did not need. He was very honest and refused unneeded work. I will definitely use this plumber again.

Fernando has came over 2 times and has delivered as promised. He helped us with several plumbing tasks around the house. He fixed the problem with our high water pressure before it caused severe problems. He ordered and replaced a leaking shower handle, shower head and replaced a faucet outside and the covering around the pipe. He’s punctual and very professional. Would highly recommend.

The day of my appointment I received a text notification with a picture from Homer letting me know they were on their way. Homer & John showed up within the hour of the text and ready to work on my leaking shower faucet. They replaced the part and voila my faucet was no longer leaking. Our pipes had busted in our yard and we knew something was wrong but couldn't narrow it down. Due to weather and frequent rain, we had to wait for the sun to harder the ground. They were able to dig up the old pipes and we were able to see our background in a different light. The workers were friendly and advised us along the way. Communication was difficult during the project. Unexpected delays and calling back in a timely manner. Overall we are happy with the final product.
