Best Commercial Plumbing In in San Antonio TX

Shawn came to our home twice this week - once for a consultation/plan and then on the 18th for a gas line extension. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened well to our needs and offered good suggestions. He was forced to do the extension without his helper (Will) but still was efficient with time and patiently answered my many questions as to the whys and hows. It took a little longer than estimated, but he gave me a credit since he had to work alone. I highly recommend Shawn and plan to use him again for my professional plumbing needs. My water heater took a nosedive, called these guys and they were able to come out on a Sunday! Wow! Ended up getting a new one, and they had the whole thing done very quickly. Again, Wow! The guys were respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. A+++

I used Angi's List in my search for a plumbing company and they referred Ajax Plumbing. Ajax immediately called and offered a free estimate. Cha-Ching in savings! Mr. Toby was the plumber assigned to tackle our plumbing issue, he called prior to his visit and I also received a text from the company alerting me Mr Toby was in route. Once Toby arrived he immediately began to analyze the issue, quoted a price and immediately went to work. A job well done, thank you!

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. You won’t find good people like this often. True, honest, kind people are so hard to come by, and mitch is one of those. I would like to say thank you to Richard Armendariz and his co-worker for helping replace s pressure valve for us. This team originally came out to work on my neighbors plumbing and as I was getting my mail, I asked if they had time if I could ask about some pressure issues we were having. They were happy to assist and stayed late to fix our problem the same day. They ensured that all co-related areas (water heater, sprinklers) all worked together. This was amazing work right then and there. No coming back on a later date. Friendly, professional and gave in-depth knowledge of the work being done. I highly recommend this team. A big shout out to Rockstar Plumbing!! Had an emergency on Sunday, called Rockstar Plumbing and David came to the rescue.. He was on point!!!!! He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. He was detailed and did an exceptional job! We had to call him out a second time on another plumbing issue during the week after 6 PM and came over immediately. Rockstar is our go to company for all our plumbing needs. Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Outstanding service, very knowledgeable, but most of all friendly and honest! I chose him because he has the best reviews in San Antonio compared to the other companies American Home Shield suggested. At 4:58 p.m. I scheduled a request for his company online via A.H.S., same day at 5pm he was able to schedule me in for the very next morning. Not only is he punctual but he provided me with a 15 min advance text. He provided service on 2/22/2020 and just an hour after he leaves I made sure to take the time to acknowledge his work. Initially had Caliente out to service my Water Heater, and ended up appreciating the service so much that I had them replace my water softener after finishing that job. Had an active leak into my garage over 4th of July weekend. Not wanting to shut the house water off for the entire weekend, I called Big City. They sent someone out within the hour got the job done. The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They do not work on commissions so no attempt to upcharge. Rates are very reasonable.
