Homer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m looking forward to them trying this new technology of pipe relining or epoxy pipe coating or trenchless pipe repair. Stay tuned and I will give an update on how it went. As of now Homer and Bluefrog has impressed me and hopefully it stays that way. I only gave a 4 star because of knowledge and still waiting on the estimate and work to be done, which can change my rating up or down. The new technology is what has me sold because no other company I have contacted provides pipe relining or epoxy pipe coating or trenchless pipe repair. Tony and Braeden came by today to replace our Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). We had been dealing with low water pressure for years and didn’t realize how this part is needed not only to set the max pressure in the whole house but to also maintain that pressure whenever more than one water output is used within the house. What a difference! And the job was done quickly. The owners of this company are great people too. We highly recommend this company for plumbing and drain work.

NO STARS!!!I went there on Christmas eve knowing that they were suppose to close at 7:00. They told me at 4:00 when I was there that I needed to have the old part and as i left to go home to get the part I asked again what time they closed and was told 7:00. When I returned just at 5:00 they were closed. I knocked on the door as did another gentleman that was there after being told they closed at 7:00 also. The inconvenience of running home and coming back really mad me mad and was very unprofessional on their part. So I won't be shopping there again..I really doubt that they forgot it was Christmas eve.PS. When I called there in the morning to ask if they were going to be open the man that answered was rude and saidWell this isn't a recordingis it? I should have known then not to shop there but it was the only one that was suppose to be open on Christmas eve until 7:00 which they were not!! They need some one a little more professional to answer the phone also. If it is the owner then he needs to learn some manners. Merry Christmas to Ajax Plumbing...

I simply had to come back and add to this review. This time we had an air conditioner emergency on a Sunday after hours. The company was so responsive and made me feel like a VIP customer. Mario was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Throughout the entire time, he kept a positive and friendly attitude. There was no point in which I felt like a burden for needing assistance. He answered all of my questions and provided extremely helpful education. This was a great experience that will leave a lasting positive impression!I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to respond! I had an emergency after hours and had a plumber dispatched out in no time! The agency made sure to contact me when Andrew was on the way, and then I received a text letting me know more about him so I could know who to expect. He was very professional and courteous. He gave a great quote and worked quickly to get the water back on. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

David and Rockstar were great! I needed a PRV and overflow tank installed and my shutoff was in a tricky spot under my driveway. David gave me a detailed quote at a good price, thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and showed me multiple options. When it came time to do the work, they got me on the schedule right away, called ahead and showed up on time, and did excellent work. Even when things got a little more complicated than expected, David explained everything thoroughly and worked with me to make sure I got what I needed without delay. Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Today was the third time John Gill has come to my rescue.First time was November 5th, 2020. My elderly step father needed to have a toilet fixed. John fixed the toilet same day and came back the same week to replace a toilet (not the one he fixed)The second time he helped me, I discovered a leak in the garage ceiling which is below my daughter’s bathroom. He took the time to walk me through what the issue could be. It turned out to not be a broken pipe but a leak between tub and shower faucet, leaking into the ceiling. This was in Early February 2021.Today, John replaced a faulty faucet in my elderly step father’s bathroom as well as the hot/cold pipes under the sink that are at least 40 years old.I continue to call John because he is reliable, honest and very thorough with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is good people as we say in Texas!

Big City Plumbing totally came to the rescue for my family. After a full year of dealing with several plumbing companies, we finally found one we can count on. We bought a very old home and with that comes issues here and there. Most of the time when we had other plumbing companies come by to service our home it felt like saving me money was not their priority. They felt like salesman more than service technicians.A friend of ours recommended Big City, which is how you hear about them because they don't spend a bunch of money on advertising. My wife was immediately impressed with the professionalism of Travis (owner). He was able to get James over to our home the next morning. As soon as I met James I could tell right away that he loves his job and he enjoys helping people. He accessed the situation and got the job done no problem - all while keeping us laughing with his great sense of humor.When he told us the price of the job we were amazed. The job would only cost us an amazingly fair price. This is after we had some other plumbing company come by and THE OWNER came into our house - heard what we had to say, somehow knew exactly what the problem was, somehow knew he would have to excavate, and somehow came up with a $6,000 estimate!!! I know, insane. Big City Plumbing is the REAL DEAL, and if you go anywhere else, good luck.
