We love that their phone is answered by a knowledgeable team member, so the solution starts right away and the scheduling is prompt. Thanks to Doug, who came out last week to bring and install a new garbage disposal, also replaced the strainer basket in the other side of the kitchen sink, giving it a new, clean look. Then, he installed a bath faucet that we had purchased. Everything looks and functions great. He arrived timely, worked efficiently, and left the work areas cleaner than when he arrived. This was on a Saturday and they responded to my call very quickly which I thought was a slab leak. The technician that came was very receptive to my concerns and after putting on booties and wearing a mask (Covid 19) checked out the issue and found I only had a pipe that was in the wall under my sink that had sprung a leek and fixed it right away. Much to my relief no slab leak (water was spotted coming out of wall at foundation level outside) made my day. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. The owner actually called me and made sure all was ok and ask if I had any other concerns or issues. I thought that was very thoughtful for him on a week end to follow up. I give them 10 stars.

Everyone I encountered from the first phone call (Marisol)to David and Angel were very polite, punctual and helpful. Had to have my sewer line completely replaced. They kept me informed throughout the whole project and answered any and all questions that I had David went out of his way and lined some of my fence line with rocks and covered them with dirt so now my dog can't get out. Quick to come out and give me a fair estimate. Ryan came and explained the whole process of replacement. I did get a few more estimates but none came close to the deal Ryan quoted. I called them on Tuesday afternoon and had my new water heater installed and running great before 1030 am Wednesday. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

First of all the team came early. My appointment wasn't till Tuesday. I made the call Thursday and the showed up Friday. They were almost done with the job at 4:30 but realized the new water heater was faulty. They still drove out to a supply warehouse and brought back another one. Which I am not sure anyone else would have done at that time on a Friday evening. They made me feel like I mattered. A CUT ABOVE, RELIABLE, PROFFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE & AMAZING!!! They do not disappoint.

Needed a black iron pipe gas line installed from our existing gas line in the attic to our kitchen 2 floors below (About 10 feet over and 18 feet down) for a new slide-in gas range. Quote offered Trac Pipe tubing option as well but chose the pipe. Not an easy install but Alberto kept the drywall cuts to 3 locations as quoted. Also installed a recessed wall box with the ball valve ready for the new stove. He did a very professional and thorough job, including some pipe routing adjustments due to unexpected obstruction. Side note: Trac Pipe was used for the last 18 connection from original pipe to gas heaters in the attic when the home was constructed 17 years ago and Alberto actually found and fixed a small leak at the Flex Trac joint during the leak testing after his job was complete. Validated my decision to not go with Trac Pipe tubing on the inside of my walls. Overall, Alberto did an awesome job. This was first step of a kitchen remodel so drywall cuts no big deal. No surprises as everything he did was listed in the quote.

This is by far the worst plumbing service in San Antonio, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I hired them, don't be like me. Plumber came over and determined we had a leak on the main line  due to tree roots. Plumber worked for about 4 hours (tried billing me for 5 plus excessive material) at 175 dollars per hour,  the leak turns out was not fixed nor properly identified and continues. Their office does not respond or follow up after calling them to fix their mistake. Zero stars if I could.

My wife found this company searching on google. Nathan, Alex and Joe are currently working on a Difficult Slab Leak Problem at my house. I got to see their work first hand for two day. From my 8 years of experience from heavy construction industry I can tell you guys this. These guys are a rear breed. They are in the Top 1 percent when it comes to plumber. I don’t think these guys eat or sleep. Oh boy these guys will make sure you have running water before they leave even it is 2 am in the morning. They are a bunch of good guys trying to run a top notch plumbing business. From briefly talking to the owner I can tell you guys this, the owner has set a high standard and a culture in the company and it’s been reflected on all his employees.Top Notch Plumbers. I will recommend this company to anyone in a heart beat.
