George Plumbing is a professional company whose techs arrive on time and in uniform. I have used them several times. The last time the job was to tell me whether an electric water heater should be repaired or replaced. The tech manged to spin out his labor to 2 hours, then told me he could replace the small electric water heater for $1300. And, oh yes, the bill was $300. So, beware, the company is pricey.

My kitchen sink was stopped up. Tommy and Adolph arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and the job got done smoothly. Tommy gave me pricing for some other work we want done. He gave me options and gave me drawings that clearly showed how the job would go. Prices are very reasonable. I can recommend them without question.

I called Will's because my main sink drain was clogged. The responder showed up 2 hours late, then proceeded to try and pitch a 425$ Band-Aid subscription service. That was the cheapest option. I expressed my displeasure and after convincing his manager via phone call, the price was lowered to 350. I once again expressed displeasure and the price was lowered to 250. I decided to not try and argue anymore and simply asked the responder to leave. This business uses an insidious and malicious model that preys on the elderly, ill-informed and disabled. I recommend using extreme caution and acquiring multiple quotes before deciding on Will's. Thank you for reading, hope this saves someone a headache or a dollar.

The gentlemen were extremely professional and so knowledgeable. They did great and quick work and we couldn’t be more happy and appreciative of the level of high quality service they did. Needed my garbage disposal to be installed, I called multiple companies and everyone gave me the run around. As soon as I called this company they came out the same day and installed my garbage disposal. Everything was done quickly and professionally, the customer service was great, the quality of the work was amazing! Big City came on time, pleasant, presentable, fixed toilet leak and replaced faucet cartridges in timely manner, left clean, I would definitely recommend them.

These guys just did a plumbing repair for us & they deserve 10 Gold Stars. 1. They got out here QUICK. 2. They were VERY reasonably priced & stuck to their estimate.(actually their plumber did more than we even asked them to do; which was replace a pipe coming out of the wall). 3. Their man was very professional. He explained everything he was doing/ going to do & did a great job. What a fantastic surprise! And a Blessing.We need a toilet changed out in the next couple of weeks & the new one has been sitting in our garage for months because we were in a quandary about who to call. Now we know! (We had sinks installed in 2008 & it cost us everything but our first born. We were REALLY dreading this.)I can't recommend Alamo Plumbing Solutions highly enough!

***Grossly Overpriced***I didn't have any service performed, but was convinced that they were competitive with their pricing and thus I was willing to pay the $40 fee for getting a quote (with the $40 fee going toward the service). So, I just paid $40 for a ridiculous price quote...They use a book of grossly inflated figures as a basis for their estimate, not a standard materials and labor quote. To run a gas line less than 20 feet (closer to 12 feet), they wanted $1,100 plus a $150 inspection fee.This would realistically be less than $200 in materials (very likely under $100, since it is just pipe, a few joints, and a terminal) and would take maybe 3 hours in labor max. That would make their labor charge run somewhere over $250/hour!This place says they are consistently at the top of the ratings for plumbers in San Antonio, as rated by Ang**'s list. I have no idea how they are able to do that while charging customers such outrageous rates.I would encourage you to look elsewhere unless you just don't care about the amount you are charged.

Chris and John came and fixed the problem, were very polite and explained everything, however the next day the pipe burst further down. Richardo and Mario came on Monday afternoon, found the leak and fixed it as well. Explained that it was most likely a factory defect and now our water is working better than before. Thanks so much. God bless the company and the plumbers that came to help us. Truly appreciate them.

During recent storm, needed copper elbow repaired...had couple plumbering companies fall through due to improper equipment and supplies, lack of knowledge or unavailability, no water for 6 days...while a neighbor was helping to repair the elbow they reached out to me at noon today to see if I still needed their services, had plumber available same day and fixed right away...they were prompt, professional, efficient, had right equipment and got my water running! Most definitely recommend them...will be using their services in the future...
