Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

Excellent experience - super quick and thorough service. Both Taylor and Matt were great to work with.

We called for a clogged commode and the tech was there when promised and completed the work in a timely fashion. He left the work area clean. I will definitely use this firm again. It actually works better that it did before.

Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

I woke up to a leak under my kitchen sink and needed it fixed asap. I reached out and they were very responsive, prompt, gave multiple options for repair. They were able to come out same day and fix the issue. Very pleased with their service and will be using them for any future needs.

I needed plumbing repair on my new tub which was not holding water as well as my water heater. A & M Plumbing was assigned to my service request through American Home Shield and was not able to repair either item. I was subsequently told by Marc the technician that I would need to pay $1,200 for a new regulator due to water pressure. In addition, I was told that I needed some kind of part to keep the drain from draining once closed when filling the tub.I went back and forth with A & M Plumbing multiple times and requested that they submit the work order to American Home Shield correctly identifying the problem so that these parts and a new water heater would be covered since this one is 19 years old. Now, not only did they not fix the problem but there is also a leak that was somehow created under the tub within the exposed PVC with water now trickling out between the tub and wall. So, now not only is the water heater not working correctly and the tub not holding water, but now I also have a leak from PVC pipe that was created by the technician when they were here. I don't know who is worse; A & M Plumbing or American Home Shield.

Moy was our plumber and he was very professional and very competent. Moy was very prompt and worked diligently and did an amazing job and left my restroom spotless when he left. I looked at 5 different plumbers and I’m glad I went with 4M as they were the best value and craftsmanship!!!!

Ryan from Caliente installed a new 50g natural gas water heater for our house in the garage today. He was so friendly and answered all my questions. The installation is quick and he explained the basic maintenance steps and guided me through it. As i am curious to understand each step, he explained me what he was doing patiently.I have gone to several big companies over the net, got estimates from a few and finally decided to go with Caliente. Their prices are competitive and their installation service is awesome.

First time homeowners and we had our first major issue. Sewer water backed up into our guest bathtub and it was a mess. We hired Alamo plumbing to come out to look into a leak after reading all the great reviews and unfortunately our experience was anything but that. We were messed around - they were late for two appointments and another two appointments were cancelled, one of those without even so much as a phone call to let us know. We called and called and they would never return our calls, even after going into their office to ask for a refund we have been unable to get any response on the poor customer service we received. We never got a proper diagnosis of the issue and basically we waited nearly 3 weeks and paid $95 dollars for someone to come and dig a hole and leave a mess in our front yard. In the end, we hired a different company to come out and look at the issue and it was fixed that same day.
