First of all, i called for a water heater installation and they kept trying to up-sale me with more services. The receptionist was extremely rude. But the real problem was our plumbers assistant. He kept taking pictures of everything in our like as if pretending it was his house. He introduced himself as “Big Kahuna” even though he was only average sized. The worst part is, having cameras in our house we saw him open his lunchbox and pull out what looked to be a small rubber rear-end, put it in our microwave and take it to the restroom. Very unprofessional and we are mad. Who does that?

Ernest and his son came out to my husband and I’s house to fix some faulty work done by a different company. They did an excellent job, it was like a work of art compared to the previous work.

Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Art saved me today. I called today on a Saturday morning in a panick. Left a panicked voicemail that said “help…” he messaged me shortly after stating send the address he would be over. He gave me an ETA and updated me on the ETA along the way. He fixed the situation immediately. I sent him a video of in my on words, me, flooding the street after mowing over something in the ground. He said the line was too high in the ground and should be lower than what it was. This house was built a year ago. And walking or mowing over it could cause the trip and the pvc pipe that flew out he plugged back in. It was so quick he didn’t even charge me, I offered to pay gas and he declined, I offered a tip and he declined. I couldn’t say how much I appreciate the response time and fixing it and not taking advantage of the fact that I have no clue what to do or cost.Thank you ART!!

I received a quote for a kitchen faucet install, gas line relocation (lower 8 inches), shower faucet and head install. I was initially quoted $225 for the kitchen faucet install. Then the journeyman stated that he need to go out to the truck to determine the price for the other two items. He came back with a quote of $1200, with the kitchen faucet listed at $285 included in the price. When asked about the first price quoted he stated that price is when bundled (odd as the $1200 quote included $285). This company has shady pricing practices. Angi’s list should remove them.
