Best COMMERCIAL PLUMBING in San Antonio TX

Called to fix a water heater. Were very respectable and on time. They replaced a heating coil and hot water was back for about two days, then out again. After calling them back, they said electrical wasn't reaching the heater, and I needed to call an electrician. Turned out they replaced the coil with one drawing too much wattage, which caused my breaker box to fry. Took an electrician and another plumber to restore hot water and fix my electrical panel. I didn't give them a chance to make the error right, because I didn't trust them back in my house.

We love bluefrog and will continue to use this company. The technicians we’ve met have always been professional, courteous, thorough, and always explain to us what the problem is, what the plan is to fix the problem, tell us if they encounter any difficulties or need other materials to fix the problem, and complete their plans in a timely manner. Other companies were called but he was the only one willing to understand my financial situation and did all he could to meet my financial needs. Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Fernando came out to my house to check for a possible leak in my guest bathroom. He came in, and immediately got to checking it out. He found the issue was my shower head, and gave me great info to get it fixed. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get an appt with a quick turn around. Definitely will call again for any other plumbing issues.

i paid 4m to fix leak, now almost a month later,leak reappeared. called and they said they would send plumber at 3pm, it's already 4pm and no one showed, no answer, no response to texts, and no follow up. totally unacceptable will not deal with again!!! water still leaking! totally unreliable and waste of money. stay away from 4M, you've been warned.

Cris and James replaced our toilet. They were very professional and explained everything as they did it. They were very efficient and a pleasure to have do work in our house. We have used Big City Plumbing for 7 years and they have always come in a timely fashion and done a wonderful job. In January we had Joey and Joseph out as our outside faucet was leaking. They replaced the bad stuff and now it is as goo as new. I would have written how great they were but I couldn’t get on Google. Now I can give them a shout out at how we appreciated how quickly they came and how expertly they took care of the problem. Thank you Big Ciy Plumbing.

These guys are the worst. If your builder uses these guys you should not buy the house. They have a hard time fixing issues like your toilet. They have come to my house twice and both times and did not have the parts to fix the toilet, they even told the warranty person who scheduled the appointment the second time that they had the parts and were on their way.I had them fix the Pressure Valve to my house three times. They never even check to make sure the pressure was correct when the allegedly changed the valve.They have stood me up for an appointment or two as well.Just don't use them. Save yourself time and the aggravation of dealing with this comedy troupe.

We had a great experience with this company. We had no hot water in the downstairs portion of our home. We called Will's and they came out the very next morning. The man that came out was very nice and professional. He had to replace the thermocouple wire in the water heater. Total cost was $248 which was right at what we expected. He even did some cleaning in and around the water heater as well. Here is one more really neat thing about this company... they even called us the next day to follow up and make sure everything was working okay. How many service companies do you know that make a follow up call?!?! So simple yet means so much to the customer. We will use these guys in the future and recommend to others. Thanks Will's!!
