You cannot have any quote on NOTHING unless they come to your house and charge $70 as base. I was trying to compare with other companies a simple test for my house after foundation repairs.. They refused to give me any idea on how much will that could cost... not a clue, not a detail unless I make them come to my house and charge me $70. I think that is abusive and VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

This was a Second Opinion for the AC for a home being sold - I was sofortunate to get Technician Marco Barrera , he explained in detail what he was doing and was patient with my questions - he is an experienced professional and a valuable asset to this company - I am a realtor and feel comfortable recommending him to my clients and other agents .1st Call is fortunate to have him .

Called Will’s All Pro on a Sunday afternoon after a plumbing problem nearly ended our holiday party. The dispatcher was incredibly sweet and did everything she could to resolve our issue. She sent over an excellent plumber (Mike) who arrived in about an hour. Did I mention it was a Sunday. Will’s AllPro really works hard to ensure their customers are happy. Definitely my go-to for plumbing.

Matthew was very knowledgeable and helpful, very efficient in fixing my plubling repair.

The name says it all. Rockstar provided services to me within a 24-hour period of me requesting assistance. David G., the plumbing technician, was very professional and proficient. He was kind enough to look at several plumbing issues that I was having and completed the work in a efficient and timely manner. I enjoy the fact that Rockstar plumbing sends their technicians ready to do the job at hand, and any other concerns that surface doing the estimate. Their vehicles are supplied with pretty much everything they need to do the job right; that is a plus in my book. I would not hesitate to use Rockstar plumbing for any future needs, should they arise. Thanks for your quick response and affordable service.

Toilet was backing up, not flushing, and causing a mess in the bathroom so we called Premier Plumbing in hopes to get a quick response. Ruben came out same day to assess and determined problem was with outside sewer line. He provided multiple quotes and options from band aid to complete repair.Within 2 days the crew came out with excavator and all was fixed!Thank you Ruben and crew -- great job!

It came out gave me a good estimate pretty fair still way in the pros and cons outside that very professional courteous it's a competitive system

The plumbing techs were professional, followed good COVID practices, and they got everything taken care quickly. My only complaint has nothing to do with their service. The cost was way more than what I was expecting. But I’m sure the cost would be similar regardless of the company doing the work.

During the intensely cold weather earlier this year, we were without water and plumbers were busier than ever. Most companies were quoting me 2-4 weeks out for an initial visit. I called Alamo Plumbing and despite a busy schedule, they were able to squeeze us in the next day! The plumber showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, and repaired the pipe on the spot. In no time we had water again! At a time when plumbing service was so in demand, I was pleasantly surprised that they maintained their reasonable rate instead of jacking up pricing as they could have done. Santiago and Pedro were both friendly, reliable, and very professional. Alamo Plumbing is now my go-to plumbing service for all of our company's locations in the area.

Nathan arrived promptly and did the work in a most expedient and professional manner. All issues were resolved. I did not know that such work could be done in such a short period of time. There was even a bathroom sink that was not functioning properly. He identified the issue and repaired it.Was very much pleased with the pricing as well. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Zach and Mitchel, with Primo Plumbing. They were professional, assessed the situation and fixed the plumbing problem that was creating a major leak in the backyard! We previously contacted another plumbing company (Elite Plumbing) and they said to contact a septic tank service. We contacted a septic tank service and they said contact a plumber! Happy to say Primo Plumbing solved the problem!

These guys are the best. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything and use quality products. They fix previous plumbers mistakes and get it up to code. I am very pleased.

Was totally bamboozled by the $69 ac tune up. Bought it on groupon with the understanding it included freon. Call to make the appointment and was told that if my ac uses r22 I would have to pay extra. What?! The freon included is apparently only used in newer model refrigeration. Left me wondering how many people actually need tune ups on newer equipment. Joshua, the technician was prompt and courteous. Really the only reason the company got a star. If you absolutely have to use this company, don't fall for the inclusive ac tune up. Just call for a $49 service call, but be prepared because the office lady has no idea what the cost for any of the services are. $283 to refill my freon. Total RIPOFF!!!

They said I needed two brand new toilets and wanted to charge me a ton of money to replace them... $1,000+ for each one. Another person from a different company came to our house and fixed the toilets for a lot better price.

Rene and his assistant Josh did a great job on fixing my water heater. I highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!
