I could not be happier with the service I received after my hot water heater broke and had to be replaced! Joe was very professional and they got the job done in under 5 hours (and mine is up in the attic!). The staff that I've talked to on the phone were also very helpful. After reading a few online reviews I decided to give this company a try. I am glad I did. Scheduling was easy. The office called and sent text messages about times & who would be arriving at my home. JJ & Oscar were the technicians sent out to repair our water heater. They were courteous and professional. They explained everything and gave us options. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again.

William came out and spent a good amount of time to get my Total Sewage blockage opened up. William went above and beyond to unclear my Line that another Plumbing Company was not willing to take the time and effort to get the Job done. I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other front runner higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. David's professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

Very professional and reasonably priced. My water heater was replaced very quickly and in a very clean manner. I'm very happy with the work done and would highly recommend BG plumbing for your plumbing needs. I will definitely will be using them again.

First of all the team came early. My appointment wasn't till Tuesday. I made the call Thursday and the showed up Friday. They were almost done with the job at 4:30 but realized the new water heater was faulty. They still drove out to a supply warehouse and brought back another one. Which I am not sure anyone else would have done at that time on a Friday evening. They made me feel like I mattered. A CUT ABOVE, RELIABLE, PROFFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE & AMAZING!!! They do not disappoint.

I called these nice folks out to figure out why my shower has no water pressure when the rest of my house seems fine., they said my pressure to the house was low and wasn't consistent. I had SAWS come out and tell me that's not true and nothing is wrong. The plumber was called to find the problem but only replaced the shower cartridge because that was my suggestion. The guy broke the plastic knob and said if I replaced it, that should fix my problem. After seeing the finished job and inquiring about other possibilities it cost me about $350 and I never got what I asked for fixed.Updating my review because I found it unsettling that the owner says I wasnt charged at all. The point of this review was to inform others like myself who have no idea what plumbers cost. And to express my concerns of not finding the issue of the water pressure after paying this amount of money.Updating again. For some reason my statement showing I was charged $442 for that cartridge replacement.

We had a bad leak on the side of our house during the freeze in San Antonio and after waiting for four days for another plumber and being stood up and calling several other plumbers that couldn't get to us for at least 5 more days Chavarria's had a plumber at our house in 2 hours and our water running in 3 at a fair price. I highly recommend this company it's hard to find a good honest plumber especially in a time like this.
