After accidentally losing a very important necklace down the drain, I panicked. I called them before noon and they said they could have someone out between 2-4. They then called back about a hour later and said someone could be by at 1:30. I'm very grateful for the help they provided and how timely it all happened. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Chris, the owner, was extremely prompt in answering the phone and returning my phone calls. He asked questions and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions as well. They came out the next day, as scheduled, to replace my sewer ejector pump and analyze my sump pump. The guys, Lou and Adam, were professional, friendly, and took time to explain things after the job was complete. I feel very secure with this company and confident that we will be using them again. I had an appointment window of 11AM to 1PM Friday. They couldn’t come until 3PM so I had to reschedule. I Rescheduled for Monday 11AM to 1PM and they missed the appointment window a second time! This company doesn’t respect your time and they aren’t reliable. I recommend someone else.

I asked Accent Plumbing for a minor but important bathtub drain replacement. 24 hours later the job was completed. Sam the repairman showed up at the announced service time and with proper knowledge, tools and replacement parts fixed the problem. I had been skeptical and had hesitated for some time to address this issue, but Accent Plumbing turned out to be a reliable, trustworthy plumber, with a very competitive price for the repair. Well done, and they will be first number to dial in case I need another plumber. And I recommend, so should you.
