Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

We have used this company since 2008 for septic pumping. They did our initial inspection and 2 subsequent pumping. We even purchase our bacteria for the tank from them.
They have recently been bought out and ever since the service has been awful. It took almost 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to get a years supply of the bacteria. It took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to schedule a pumping service, which they didn't show up for. So it took another call. They finally showed up damaged the filter, left the tank open (no backfill) and then wanted $1000 to replace filter. I said no and yo please come and backfill the tank. They said they would the next day. Guess what??? They didn't. I would recommend going with someone else. These guys have gone way downhill!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

I can honestly say that their telephone customer service was excellent, scheduled my repair, called to confirm plumber was in route several times, they were very pleasant and helpful. Plumber Mark Johnstone showed up ON TIME, clean cut professional appearance, friendly and confident manner. Mark was extremely knowledgeable regarding drain stoppage situation and cleared it in a matter of minutes! **** There was absolutely NO sales pressure regarding my service/fix..did not try to up sell my service or scam additional repairs!!!!** I will certainly use this company again and also refer them. The gentleman that came out were very professional and nice well dressed and presented. They prepared a quote to put a piece of pipe in for laundry and pressure test and permit it. Initial quote to install 5 ft of gas line through pre-existing holes ready to go $3400 dollars. ? I expressed my thanks and concerns about the very high price to replace such a short run of pipe. Literally $60 bucks worth of pipe. Definitely less than an hours worth of work labor wise not including the permit. They wanted 600 just to pull the permit! Sorry guys I’m just not made of gold.

My sewage lift station was no longer working and needed to be repaired or replaced.
After contacting Macho Contracting, they evaluated and responded with an estimate very quickly.
I verified Macho Contracting was a Licensed Contractor and in good standing with the BBB.
After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! They squeezed us into their schedule the day I called to help us with our septic problems and stayed until late into the night to get the job done. Belsito plumbing is fantastic!! Robby and Jon disconnected our septic and hooked our home up to city sewer. They were prompt, professional and answered any concerns we had throughout the process...not to mention very hard working individuals, even in 110 degree heat!!! We have a lot of landscaping and they planned the best way to install the new sewer, with the least amount of impact to our front yard. Great people to work with.

We had a new gas grill to install - it was proving to be a bit of a tricky problem. The Reddie tech who arrived to help us - Bob McKeon - was great. He took care of what we needed with a smile - and this was late on a Saturday! We have used Reddi Services for Plumbing and A/C work as well and have always been pleased. Reddi Services are my go to people!

4/l7/15 - Reddi Services to the rescue again! On Easter Sunday while preparing the family dinner, our garbage disposal backed up and there was no way for me to clear it. Luckily I was able to get dinner on the table, but the sink was suffering. I called Reddi Services first thing on Monday morning - by noon, Chris & Justin had arrived, confident that they could take care of the problem. They were impressive! Drop cloths on the floor and a bucket under the sink before I could even get mine out and ready. They were both so nice and polite, and were quickly able to clear the pipe that had the problem. Not only that - I had some friends over delivering a couple of pieces of furniture and they helped us move them. Now that's service above and beyond!! I'll call Reddi Services for any of my plumbing or a/c needs.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
