I bought my daughter a new water heater which did not work . Was given diamondback plumbing as a warranty service agent. Called first thing the next morning. Took them till after 6 pm to come out. Of course they have to call for service authority to company which was now closed. So they had a second night no hot water. Serviceman said Simone would call between 7:30 and 8. So another person could come look at it. And order parts. I had to call at 8:30. And then they had to call me and said again someone would be out from 1-5. Almost 6 and no show. Again will be to late to get parts. Sooooooo they want to hook up old water heater which is leaking. Don’t think so !

Always get quality work for a good price so like to recommend them to everyone.

My parents had extensive pipe replacement for their manufactured home. A Name brand plumbing company quoted $6,000 more than what they paid "Moon Valley." In addition they put in a new faucet for their sink and a new line was added to their backyard so they could easily water their shrubs.

Alex has serviced my home a few times, enjoy his outgoing personality along with good work.

This company is awesome. Honest and reliable, I will never use anyone else. Jim did a great job, I think maybe the bathroom was cleaner when he left than when he started! If you don't use these guys you are wasting your money!

2 Good Plumbers did a great job. Joe the plumber took my call, met me at my house, and replaced my water heater all in the same day!! He pulled up in a professional looking plumbing truck and had everything ready to go for the job. Very organized. He gave me an honest assessment and a fair price from what I can tell. Got to work right away and worked hard but not sloppy. The workmanship was high quality. He talked me through everything that he did afterwards and took the time to go over usage and maintenance recommendations in detail. Joe lived up to the company name and has definitely earned my business for the next plumbing job.

Jeff replaced our A/C unit after the old one died. We had received at least 5 quotes at the time and Custom Cooling was the most reasonable. They were able to work us in quickly. The installation was quick and painless and we have not had any issues since (it's been 3 years already). So glad we went with them.

I can not praise this plumbing company highly enough. Prompt immediate response to phone calls, work hard to fit appointments into client schedule, friendly. That is before they arrive!! Arrived on time, fixed problem successfully first time, pricing reasonable. We will never need to search for another plumbing service, we found a keeper!!!!

The issue was not resolved but the technician was kind and courteous. Some issues I really don't blame the technician for, but more their company policy. It seems like the issue could be resolved (obstruction in toilet) if the technician unscrewed the toilet from the base and cleared out the obstruction from there. But going that route would cost the same as a new toilet. Instead, we were advised to purchase a new toilet and have it installed for 1k. If I knew the price was this high I would have fixed it myself.

Had a great experience with a heater issue today. The company was professional and the guys who came to service were so polite and helpful. Cody was my main point of contact, his customer service was 150%. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d recommend anyone to use this company for their needs.

We have had another plumbing company who we used for many years to clean our drains, as it seems to be an annual issue anymore in our older home. This year they gave us an outlandish estimate to run the kitchen, laundry and shower drain. We then called the Aussie Plumber who came the next day. Great experience, very reasonable charge. Franz was knowledgeable, very personable, and fixed our issue. He have us another quote to jet our lines which we will do soon. We now have a new plumbing service and they are a neighbor nearby. Highly recommend!

Giving them 1 star is too much. I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst company ever. This company will send unqualified technicians to your house to work on technology that they don't understand. I know have to buy and replace parts on a Reverse Osmosis System that they installed incorrectly. Bad Service. Bad Knowledge. No Refund. I am making a complaint to the better business bureau.

Fernando was very kind and was able to educate us on what is best on the restrooms that we had trouble with.

We had previous plumbers in the past checking the pipes and so far Fernando has been the only who that was able to troubleshoot and fix them.

Mark was the tech assigned to fix an overflow issue in my laundry room and did an outstanding job. He explained what needed to be done, offered additional services that I will request at a later date. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I will definitely call Anthony's Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and will request Mark!

I called six plumbers. This larger firms put me on hold and said they could not stop buy for 3 days. Simon picked up the phone quickly himself. He was courteous and thankful for the work. He finished another job and was at my home within 2 hours. He is friendly knowlagable and thorough.

His price was very reasonable as well. He is a great plumber and I would recomend him to any of my friends.
