Best Emergency Plumber in Phoenix AZ

I had previously (several years ago) used WJ Maloney for some plumbing work and they were reasonable then. When I had them come quote me for a new shutoff valve for my house, they quoted over $1000. I called another plumber (Quail Plumbing) that is doing it for less than $200. For the pleasure of Maloney's 5x normal cost quote they are charging me $49 for a service call. In comparison Quail gave me a quoted range over the phone with no hassle and no service charge.

Have been using Robins for Plumbing since 2005, they are always reliable, dependable, professional and friendly. Chris was excellent 12/10/16, explained in full what he was doing and did a good job. Thank you.

Pink Plumbing showed up when they said they would, took all the necessary Covid precautions, and gave me hot water again in my shower. They were respectful and professional.

We had a pretty serious leak in a pipe connected to the main water line, which necessitated the water being shut off to our house - definitely an emergency call. Within an hour of calling Diamondback, a plumber was at our home. He showed us the issue, showed us what he was going to do to fix it, and then did so at an extremely friendly price. This was my second experience using Diamondback Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Josh came to our home Dec 24, 2022 and replaced the valves under the kitchen sink. He did a first rate job. He talked with me, giving me ideas about two other plumbing challenges I was having, but did not make me feel pressured at all. Just full of good information, which I appreciated! i had a hot water heater emergency. JC came, diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer regarding warranty, worked really hard on install, was polite, efficient, cleaned up when he was done. VERY impressed.

Had Gavyn out in June and got the vaguest invoice. I called multiple times to get a more in depth invoice with details of what was performed and the findings and here we are in September, still getting the run around. Paid $425.00 for who knows what!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Simon and his brother Alex. They were absolutely professional and courteous the entire time they were working on our plumbing re-route, moving our hot and cold lines from the slab to our attic (in AUGUST). We found Simon through his 5 star reviews on both Google and Yelp, and when we called, he was at our house the same day. He made himself available every step of the way - volunteering to come out at the same time as the leak detection company so he could share information with them, to walking us through what our available solutions were. I really respect when a specialist takes the time to explain their work to you (no one likes feeling condescended to or taken advantage of), and Simon very respectfully explained everything he did. At each step of his work, he showed us what he had done, and took every opportunity to improve the existing imperfections in our plumbing he noticed while working, (for example, turning the new drainage line at a better angle so the cleanout could be easily accessed behind a closet wall instead of needing to remove our entire toilet). He also noticed our water pressure was really low, so fixed that for us too. Both Simon and Alex took absolute care protecting our floors and possesions while they worked - you can tell they truly care about doing a good job and doing what's best for your house. Thank you Simon and Alex!!

Minus one star: be prepared to wait. Smallest window of arrival is 4 hrs. Both times, my initial arrival window was 8am-2pm, which switched to noon-5pm the business day prior (=taking the entire day off). You can call the day of for your general position in the arrival window, and Pruitt's will call you about 10-30min before the technician arrives.

Just moved into a new home in Robson Ranch, Eloy AZ. Had these guys install a whole house water filtration and softner system and a reverse osmosis filter for drinking water and ice maker. They are professional and show-up on time. Did a great job and were neat and tidy. When setting up the water system to the refrigerator ice maker they could have taken a short cut with the connectors they had but they told me they wanted to do it right so they drove into town to pick up the connectors they wanted to use, a 20 minute drive back and forth and after 5:30 in the afternoon, wow. Can't say enough about this company, do not hesitate, if you need a plumber for any reason just give them a call.

Just called these guys today (Sunday) and they were here within a couple hours. Their plumber James was outstanding and fixed our issue. No extra charge to use their camera either. A+
