Robert was the one who installed my EV charger in my garage. An obviously very knowledgeable electrician, he was able to do the work perfectly but also made sure that he provided other things needed for my electrical panel to ensure that addition of the car charger would work seamlessly with my system.He explained everything about the pricing, and even found ways to save me money.This is a reliable company, focused on taking care of their clients.

Unfortunately for me this is my third time this year needing a plumber. However, all 3 times I have used Aussie. Franz and his apprentice have provide this service. Franz has always gone above and beyond. You do not see this anymore with most companies. Their price is not outrageous ...may not be the cheapest but I prefer reliability, honesty, integrity and a company that is proud to serve their community. My hope is that I won't need them again for another year or so...but hey you never know. It that is the case I will call Aussie

If you are looking for a plumber Simon is your guy. Simon was at my house within 45 minutes of me calling when I had a backed up sewer line. Throughout the process of getting my collapsed sewer line repaired he was nothing but professional, responsive and skilled at his profession. If you are looking for someone you can trust there is no need to look anywhere else.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.



Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

If your looking for a reasonable rate go through these guys. James came to my house on time and replaced my water heater. He was very friendly and professional. I’m very happy with the service and in the future will be using them and referring them to my friends. Pricing to install and replace water heater was cheaper than Home Depot and other company’s I reached out too. I promise you will not be disappointed. I’m very happy with my new water heater. I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

We received great advice and direction from this company. They provided a solution where we could find the part we needed to stop our leaking faucet ourselves clearly they care about their customer satisfaction more than booking extra jobs. They were willing to come next morning if needed but we resolved thanks to their advice. Great help!!

These guys are great! I had 4 plumbers come in before Edwards. The first 3 had no idea or only a vague idea what was wrong but told me I needed to completely tear down my existing shower/bath and replace the entire thing. The 4th plumber was Parker and Sons and they told me they can fix the problem but their price was outrageous and it was going to take several hours. The 5th plumber was Edwards Plumbing. The son/father team arrived and looked at the issue. Then went to get the right parts then came back and had the entire job done in less than an hour for significantly less than anyone else was going to charge. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any and all plumbing issues.

Had to close the shut off valve of my home's main water supply to do a small DIY plumbing repair. Unfortunately, it went belly up when I went to open it back up, leaving me with no water. Luckily, I had saved Tutko Plumbing in my contacts years ago after being happy with their service. AJ was quick to rearrange their afternoon schedule so I wouldn't have to go another night without water. He was courteous, communicative, and made quick work of replacing the old valve with a more reliable ball valve and swapping out my old crusty hose bib, too. I highly recommend making them your go-to if you're in North Phx. Thanks Tutko!

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.
