Phoenix Contracting Services, Inc. - Professional Electrical Services Electrician
THE BEST⚡️‼️ Jeff and his crew are incredible. They treated us like actual people who were in a summer time crisis. Which is exactly what we were: in crisis without power during an excessive heat warning. The degree of seriousness in which Jeff and his crew, Mike and Gabe take their job is like nothing you’ve seen these days. Our scope of work was involved. Demo existing system, install new copper ground wiring, move/install new system (new panel, breaker board, etc.) And this is the time line. Lost power at 10am Tuesday. SRP recommended a few contractors as the breaker board is homeowner responsibility. We ended up calling Jeff. He was out here the same day. By the next morning, he had SRP out here, a blue stake ticket in, an estimate emailed and the required permit from the city of Phoenix obtained. By Thursday at 8:43pm our power was on and working in the house. They worked from dawn until 9pm. From first phone call to completion was approximately 58 hours. That’s miracle status ? Make no mistake, Jeff knows the right people in all the right places. This wasn’t cheap because they don’t do cheap work. But worth every single penny and I have zero regrets. Also, we told Jeff we were getting solar panels and he had a switch specific for that put in. Be mindful when you get new fencing, satellite dishes, tankless water heaters or anything else installed near the electrical panel. It may be too close. Call your electrical company first. Thank you Jeff, Mike, Gabe and everyone else for everything you did. You cleaned up and even recoiled my hose after you used it. You’re great people working professionally to a point it’s artful.

George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Electrician
After a little research, I have learned the George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical group is a separate organization from the George Brazil Heating & Cooling group. PLEASE NOTE THIS REVIEW IS NOT DIRECTED AT THE HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY - IT APPLIES SOLELY TO THE PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SECTION OF THE COMPANY.With that said, I encourage you to avoid a nightmare. If you're in need of a plumber, find a different one ... any one. I feel like I would have been better off buying my own pipe wrench and handing it to a toddler and hoping for the best. At least the toddler would have shown up.Case One: I had a toilet flapper that needed to be replaced. Rather than do it myself, I thought I'd pay a fair price for someone more qualified than I am to do the work. I called George Brazil. Let me set the stage: full retail on the part to be replaced - less than $10. Hourly wage on the guy doing the work - assume $40. Travel, overhead, equipment depreciation, profit, etc, ... assume $100 per hour. Total time requirement to remove the old part, install the new one, test it, collect from the customer, and sing three verses of The Battle Hymn of the Republic ... 15 minutes, 20 tops! Hence, my anticipated bill was somewhere in the vicinity of $125 to $150. Imagine my surprise when the tally was in the neighborhood of $300. It may have been cheaper to replace the toilet!Case Two: I gave Brazil the benefit of the doubt on Case One; maybe it was just a business oversight. After all, everyone makes mistakes. The control valve for the shower in our guest bathroom malfunctioned. With out of town guests arriving in four days, I called Brazil (I know - fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me). They apparently weren't adequately staffed to even come by and look at the problem for two and a half days. (Maybe my estimate of their wages wasn't high enough to retain qualified plumbers.) Nonetheless, they gave me a six hour window when their guy would show up. I planned my entire day around that six hour window. The window opened at noon.Shortly before noon, I got a call from one of Brazil's employees saying they were running behind and wouldn't be able to get to me that day. They wanted to schedule for another day. It was obviously too late for my out-of-town guest to reschedule their trip. Maybe I could convince them to take sponge baths in the toilet. It was working fine after I replaced the flapper.I made one more call to Brazil's office. The nice girl I spoke with asked for my address. When she looked up my record, she identified me as the man that had owned my house seven years prior. She said she had no record of having done any work for me. After I told her about the gold plated flapper job a year or so previous, she finally discovered that record. However, she said she couldn't find anything else about any jobs at my address - including the one that had been scheduled for that day!Hence, my conclusions:1. Record keeping and retrieval is apparently not their strength, but ...2. It doesn't matter because they can't do the work in a timely fashion anyway, but ...3. At least if they ever did do the job, it would be grossly overpriced.Other than that, I highly recommend these guys ... just not for plumbing work.

Handyman Connection of Phoenix Electrician
I had a whole wall of mirrors that I wanted taken off and I knew that I'd need drywall repair. Marshall did a great job doing that task. I also had minor repairs that needed to be done for some roof leaks and he did a nice job with that. I have another appt scheduled to meet with a different handyman with expertise elsewhere and I'm looking forward to another job well done. Very friendly company to work with.
