I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag – they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

From the start of the process to the end, we had professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff working on our project. I have to replace the under-cabinet microwave with a range hood to better vent out the kitchen air. When I requested the quote, there are only few responses, and one is not available (booked out till September), one is out of service area, the only positive feedback is Response Crew.

Kelly arrived early before the scheduled time, and tried his best to do the job. However, the scope of the project given to him was not completely the way I mentioned in my quote. I stated that after installing the range hood there are back splash tiles need to be patched up, Kelly was not aware of this, and said they do not provide tile service. I wish they had made that clear.

Also, because the weight and location of the 2 machines, the job usually requires 2 persons to better proceed. I hope the company will consider to equip the technicians with jacks or other appropriate tools to handle the job in the future. In any case, I helped Kelly to finish the job as much as I can with limited supplies from Lowe's (the duct pipes are not flexible, so Kelly needed to do some improvise).

Overall, for the time and cost spent on this project, we are good with the end result.

Sebastian came out today and did a fantastic job installing the new cabinets in our kitchen. He was very kind and friendly, as well as professional the entire time he was here. Thank you so much!!

I have known and had work done by Steve for 16 years! He has done everything from large water leak repair jobs to small fix-its. We try to use local services whenever possible, and Randy at Affordable Cabinet Refinishing was perfect for what we needed. We updated our kitchen with newly painted cabinets. Juan assembled Duncan, Ernesto, and Jeff (trim) and in 2 days, our cabinets looked amazing and the new trim on top was perfect. Very professional, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.

A few years back we were dealers for 3 cabinetry lines in the Phoenix area. After too much hassle with the other guys, we decided to look into this operation. Within a few months, we exclusively dealt with the folks at New Cabinet Company. The line they distribute, J&K, is second to none in the modular cabinetry space - in terms of quality wood materials and hardware. We sell dozens of projects a year using their product and have not once had an unsatisfactory experience. The sales team is on point, the warehouse crew runs like a clock and the management from top down is accommodating and professional. The only cabinet company I would recommend.
