I can't street enough how amazing my team members at Charity Plumbing are. We are currently slowly growing into a bigger company from a few yrs b4 I was an employee. As I learn I am impressed by my coworkers' knowledge of the craft. I learn something new everyday. And I have been a client in a way. When I first moved to my apt my coworker Tyler helped with a clog that had been an issue for a month. I hadn't had much experience at the time and when he came to my place my landlord told him the he tried to unclog it and he also said that Tyler would need a longer cable to reach the clog. Well Tyler let him know that he's experienced enough for my landlord not to worry and that he would just give it a look and do the very best he can and if he felt it needed a bigger cable he would then use an auger with a longer cable. Well he unclogged the toilet and it's been working well since. That is my experience as a client/customer with this company. It gave me a perspective from a client to standpoint on the type of service I clients get here and the type of service I was going to be giving clients also as an employee.

We worked with Jim during the purchasing process for our new home. Not only did he do all of the pre-closing scopes (very affordable) but he and his team quickly handled the hefty repairs needed in multiple areas of the house. they worked quickly and efficiently, and were always excellent at communicating their progress. Jim and his team clearly work well together and there's a high level of trust with his employees. My family and I highly recommend them for any work you need done!

Tyler was quite a friendly professional. He was great about explaining what steps he needed to take. He was very polite and considerate. He was able to install the Flo By Moen water flow meter/shutoff system for me in a tight space rather than tear through the drywall. Excellent service.

Charity plumbing did an excellent job. They were attentive to our issue. They never gave up, until the the clog in our pipes was cleared at one of our business locations. I used this company to fix our water main. When they did the installation they cut the line to our sprinkler system. I called them when I realized our sprinklers were not working. They said they cannot do anything, but would have the owner call me. I never heard anything. I called a few weeks later and spoke to the owner who said they didn't cut the line to the sprinklers and they had pictures. I asked if he could come take a look. He said he would come out the next day and I never heard from them again. I had to hire another company to fix this and this added another $1200 on to my bill above the few thousand I paid Charity plumbing.

This company is amazing!! They were able to come out to my house the same day I called. They were on time and provided a fair price to replace a water heater!! They were a fraction of the cost compared to other companies!! I cannot recommend them enough!!

They were able to schedule an appointment for the day after I called. They showed up on time and were polite, professional, and fast working. I've only had the new water heater for a few hours, but no problems so far and I can notice a positive difference already. Not the cheapest option, but not overpriced at all.

Today Cody came out to fix a problem that the previous plumber created. Cody was very professional and courteous, but also personable and friendly. He had the problems fixed faster than I had anticipated and made sure to ask if I needed anything else done while he was there. I asked him to empty the dishwasher, but I guess my son will have to do that when he gets home ?.
The response time was extremely quick. Contacted on Friday and received an immediate response. Had someone out to assess the problem Monday afternoon, and the problem was completely fixed Wednesday.
I would absolutely, 100% reccomend Charity Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I've had Charity Plumbing out to my house for three different issues and each time they exceed my expectations. They have replaced a toilet for a bathroom upgrade, handled an emergency leak, and fixed an issue created by roofers. They arrived quickly, worked efficiently, got the problem fixed, cleaned up the area, and were priced reasonably. I refer them to all of my friends and family!

We’ve used Charity Plumbing numerous times dealing with old plumbing in our 1950’s home. Weather it was addressing major issues like replacing our sewer lines or a simple leak they’ve always been respectful and responsive to our needs and budget. After many years in sales I hate any attempt at an “up sell”. Lucky for us Charity has never pushed anything on us or recommended needless services and memberships. We first used this company after meeting the owner through a non-profit helping LGBTQ youth that we both support. Thank you Charity Plumbing.

Exceptional service from Charity Plumbing! My 24 year old water heater was long overdue for replacement and an accident waiting to happen. Special thanks to the owner Jim and the entire team for going out of their way to install my new heater quickly. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable - they took the time to show me all the different features on my new heater. It’s not often you come across a company that truly cares about the wellbeing of their customers and I can attest to the fact that Charity Plumbing truly has the heart and soul of a non-profit. Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

Great experience as a first time customer. The company was very polite and professional and worked with our schedule. They recognized the sump pump issue and had it repaired quickly. We will definitely use them as our plumber in the future. They are highly recommended. Thank you A+ service

These guys are awesome! Great response time, knowlegeable, and professional . Mike H came out in the am to assess what we had regargarging our remodel, on time . Meanwhile , several hours later , we had a leak issue, totally unrealated to Mikes am visit. Called Charity, they sent Mike back out. Response time between my
emergency call and Mikes arrival was about an hour . Would highly recommend them !

Mike n CJ returned today (8/30) to rough in our new free standing tub. They were super polite , curteous n professional..They were in and out in a few hours, waiting for tile installation n they will be back to finish. Very excited!!

Jim's team has done an excellent job for not only my clients, but his courteous, prompt, and professional way of communicating with myself (a Realtor) tells me his Sense of Urgency is second-to-none in the field. I would highly recommend him and his team for all their plumbing needs.

I had sewage coming up from my master bathroom toilet and shower. Then my second bathroom starting acting up. I attempted to call my home warranty after waiting on hold for about an hour and a half I decided to end the call. From there I called Charity Plumbing and talked with the owner Jim. Within the hour Bill showed up and I explained the situation. He ended up going onto my roof and snaking the main pipe. They were beyond professional from start to end. I’m going to be recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Got a service window from 12-2 for an emergency causing drains to back up into the house. The dispatcher said they would try to get there sooner if they could. Technician was able to arrive only a half hour after I called (three hours before the service window started) and solve the issue quickly for less cost than I expected.

Jason & Tyler were the two workers who came to my casita. I was very impressed. They maintained social distancing and work masks without being prompted. Jason was a real problem-solver and was sensitive to the needs that I had to make my shower user friendly.

Plumber from Charity Plumbing installed a new water heater on June 12th. After installing the water heater he told me there was a 6 inch dent on the top of the water heater. He said not to worry they will replace it next week. Called their office the following week and their office manger, Jessica, refused to install a new one as the manufacturer wound not cover the new installation.

Tyler is awesome! Great work ethic, professional and very friendly! He’s installed 2 toilets for us now and both experiences with him were great!

CJ was great. I couldn't recreate the noise the pipes have been making. He reassured me that if I could or possible send a video, he would come back out to help. Very nice guy and charity made it easy to book.

Tech came out to fix a leaking tub faucet and it turned out to be a little more than anticipated. Appreciate the techs professionalism, patience and knowledge. A job well done and would definitely use Charity again.
