Best Bathroom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Dylan was our technician for our AC maintenance. He was professional, polite, well mannered and informed us of everything he was going to be doing. Very pleased he will be our technician twice a year to keep our system in shape. Highly recommend.

Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.

My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. Oh, and his name was Daniel...

Really cannot say enough good things about ProSkill Services. Had a very complicated 2-Heat pump installation from a previous installer that were mis-installed directly together and competing for air. 3 different installers all told me one had to be moved at least 10 feet away, including wiring and piping, ugh. From the beginning, the process was smooth as butter with ProSkill. Estimator perfectly on-time and knowledgable, exceptionally courteous and friendly, answered every question I had and returned an extremely detailed and accurate estimate. Took me 6 months of course to save up the money and time to do it, so they quickly updated the estimate with latest info. Installers absolutely on-time to the minute, exceptionally courteous and professional, even on a Phx day that looked like a hurricane. Gave me the option to reschedule if I chose, which was nice but left it as their decision, they got all the complicated job done hours earlier than I expected, walked me thru the app install and usage with humor and care. Honestly was the highlight a very difficult month personally getting this done, and I am very, very grateful to this team!

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Friendly on time well experienced gets job done in a timely manner and they do amazing every time highly recommended for any of your plumbing needs commercial and residential
