As much as I like to think I know everything, I have found great comfort in relying on Robins when I call as they kindly and gently disavow me of any belief I am the one who should be working on my plumbing. Wow! What an awesome company. From the front office staff to the in home service itself, they are a class act. They were so kind, friendly, positive and extremely thorough. They came out quickly & worked with my HOA for me. I would highly recommend!!!

I had water running continuously from my water heater. It was low volume but required attention. Wyman attended to the problem within a day. Solved the problem. Adolfo was absolutely amazing!!! He was kind courteous knowledgeable and completely understood the frustration I had over an issue 4 other companies had failed to correct. He explained the company policy on work performed, diagnosed my issues, quoted me the price for repair and didn’t charge anything extra. I couldn’t recommend him or Parker and Sons more. City of Phoenix was kind enough to tell me my monthly water bill had skyrocketed. Originally, I thought it was a slab leak so I called a leak detection company first. It turns out it was an irrigation issue and a faulty shut off valve. I called Aussie Plumber to repair it. Troy was able to come out the same day to evaluate it and repair it. Quick service. Neighborhood guy. He provided an estimate, did the work quickly, sent photos of the work with his invoice, and cleaned up the area after he finished. It was win-win situation (in spite of the unexpected hit to my budget). Now I have better quality valve in place. Thank you!!

The worst thing I ever did was eat a lot of hot mexican food on a 115 degree weather. I ended up destroying my toilet and wall paper. The best decision was to call Arizona Plumbing Services, the true heroes.

This is probably the worst company I ever had to deal with. We had some services done by technician David in November and had ongoing issues with the plumbing and every time I called and left a message nobody responds. Horrible customer service, do not use this company!! After $10,000 you would think they’d like to keep you as a customer but I guess not!!!

My water heater had flooded my garage when i got home from work. Called Rooter Ranger and they were able to come after hours and install a new water heater. Oscar called out a restoration company for me to repair all the damaged drywall. I will definitely use these guys in the future.... thank you

Amazing staff and service. They responded very quickly. Matt was the technician that came out to fix my shower. He was polite and friendly. He answered my questions and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He was very efficient and did an amazing job. Great company!
