They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Last week Belsito diagnosed a broken pipe below ground in our newly remodeled kitchen. I was worried the work would demolish a lot of our remodeled flooring, etc. Jacob, Nick, Michael, Jacob's brother (do not recall his name) and the locator man were all so courteous, professional and careful to do as little harm as possible, even though it made their work more difficult. Especially Jacob and Michael really worked their tails off while nicely answering my many questions. They did a great job and I highly recommend Belsito. My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. Our Kitchen sink backed up, my husband called another company at 8AM and never got a call back. He call Rooter Ranger and was told that they would have someone out at 3PM. Danny came out and gave me options in a very polite professional manor. Danny also suggested that we have a camera check done of the pipe to possibly get to the root of the problem. Turns out we had a larger problem with the washing machine drain line. Long story short, Danny and Louis started to re-route the line on Sunday and by Monday afternoon had the complete job done and completely cleaned up. Both gentlemen are respectful, honest, extremely hard working and a great pleasure to deal with. We will absolutely use them again!!!

We used Option one plumbing for 8 years and very happy with the service. Although prices increased in the past couple of years it is still reasonable compared to the other companies.They usually send the technician the same day but charge a little more if it is a weekend.

First, these guys show up over an hour past the 2pm to 4pm appt time. I need sink disposal replaced. Then, they ask for over $600. Seriously?! The unit only costs about 150, so they want over 200 per hr for labor on a regular and simple task which takes no more than 2hrs max. It just feels all wrong! I swear they priced it to take my entire 600 stimulus check! Shame on you, Mr. Rooter. Isn't it bad enough that our country and world are in crisis?! Do you really have to push taking advantage of folks, too?! I bet many contractors are doing this; monkey see, monkey do. SMH
