Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience with Amigos. I had tried to repair my tub faucet DIY after a ridiculous estimate from another company. I was in over my head and called Amigos. They were able to get a tech out to me quickly. Their tech George came in and completed the repair for a totally fair price. I only wish I had found and called them for help first!

Both Matt and Travis were a pleasure to deal with and were very informative in providing information regarding the repairs needed. They were respectful of my house and covered their shoes whenever they entered. I was disappointed that Travis didn’t have time to take me off roading or for a walk on the beach.

I had a kitchen drain that went from a slow-drain to complete blockage. Nothing I was doing was doing any good, so it was time to call a professional. I called two other businesses, but neither of them could come out for four days. I reached out to Ace and they were able to come out the same day. Carlyle and Anthony were fantastic. Very professional, knowledgeable and informative about preventative measures for the future. I will definitely call on them for any future needs.

We had them replace outside ground a/c compressor unit, gas heater, air handler, coil, interior thermostat, a/c disconnect, and electrical whip.Having done this exact type of work myself, this team of 2 impressed me by using drop cloths over the tile, applied painters tape over the painted surfaces at the attic opening, took extra care of our interior areas by not bumping into anything with the dolly, old unit, new unit, and overall our experience with Parker & Sons has been exceptional! I had a terrific experience with American Home Water & Air last week when our home water heater started leaking. I initially called a company who installed my HVAC systems 2 years ago through a Costco program (name starts with Parker) thinking they would be reasonable being a big company. They wouldn’t give cost info over the phone & sent someone out for an estimate the next morning. I couldn’t believe the price I was quoted & it seemed like they were clearly taking advantage of the situation of being without hot water. I then remembered using American Home Water back about 10 years ago when a water heater went out on a rental property & that it had gone smoothly. I called and reached Samantha who was fantastic! She asked me all the right questions to give me an exact quote over the phone. Their quote was less than half of the other company! I sent the other guy packing & Samantha had Higi Contreras out that afternoon to install a 75 gallon gas water heater w/recirculating pump. Higi worked diligently for over 3 hours and did a terrific install. All the fittings that could possibly be soldered were which will help avoid leaks possible from using threaded connections. This all made for a beautiful install & we had hot water by the end of the day. It was clear that Higi takes great pride in his work & he said he has worked for the company for 18 years. I only wish I had called them first the day before when the problem started instead of waiting for the other company to come out and offend me with their estimate. The price was exactly what Samantha said it would be over the phone and I feel it was very fair based on the responsiveness and quality of the equipment & install. Thank you Samantha & Higi!! You have me as a customer for as long as we’re in the valley. I will also refer anyone I know to the company as well.

There is nothing not like. Tim and his partner were prompt, professional and personable. The price was reasonable and they did a great clean-up at the end of the job. They also left instructions if any follow-up is needed.

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.
