I had a clogged drain to the main sewer line. I have used Ben Franklin before and have always had good service and results. Today, Shade Adkins was my technician and he was very knowledgeable on what was going on and most likely to be the problem. Sure enough it was what he discussed on and the Roots were cleared away. He was pleasant to talk to and made the process go smooth. Ben Franklin is a little more expensive but worth the investment. I am a co-owner of a 5-star company and we literally have the best customer services in contracting for our services and are the most expensive as well, so I thought I would share that to attest to Ben Franklin customer services too.

I handle on the toilet broke off and water went everywhere. It was all fixed within an hour. I no longer own a home in Phoenix so stop contacting me.

We had the same tub drain unclogged in May 2019 by another plumbing company, and it seemed to work fine, The tub drained well. We were gone out of town from May to November. About mid-November, my wife complained that the tub was draining slowly, eventually taking about 40 minutes to drain completely. Anthony's tech, Kai Johnson, brought in her cable and within a few minutes the clog was cleared. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife says the tub has completely drained almost before she has gotten out, much faster than before. Thank you!!

Called early Saturday morning when pipe broke. Jim told me he would be at my house within the hour and showed up 30 minutes after I called. Brandon B And Chuck W removed an old A/C unit and replaced it with a new one on 2/27/2012. They worked diligently and methodically for seven hours without a lunch break. The space they had to work in was very confining which added to the time spent performing their work.My wife and I were extremely pleased with their professionalism and dedication towards their job and the customer.
