Bryan dug and dug until he found our service line leak. He worked in a cramped space and well past dark to finish the job and restore service. Geatly appreciated the dedication!

Just saw their truck number 95 going 25 below the speed limit in rush hour traffic cause he was texting then they didn't pick up when I called.

I highly recommend Eddie (and his team) from Johnco Plumbing. His has great customer service, expertise and does quality work. He went above and beyond to fix a sewer line issue on my property. I’ll use Eddie and Johnco for any future plumbing needs that I have.

Jason came out to our home today to look into a few different things. He was on time and did a great job. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense, and he took the time to answer my many questions. We were really impressed with the service we received today!

Generally, they are really good folks. Issue I had is it took them 2 tries to fix my main water line and couldn't come back until a few days later for the rework, so giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

Nathan, thank you for having the utmost most professionalism. My water main has leaked in the past year and was recently fixed by another plumbing company. I was set up an appointment with Nathan to re-address this issue, remind oneself that this is his first time coming to fix this problem. Nathan was prompt every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the day. I was at work during the time of this repair and was not able to be there as well. Nathan sent photos, detailed what he did, and left me with a fixed plumbing issue. Highly recommend this company and please reference Nathan if you would like the same level of service that I received. Thank you again Johnco Plumbing and Nathan!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . I left 3 messages in 2 weeks to get someone out with the camera to locate a broken sewer line and still no response. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We have used Johnco Plumbing last year for a sewer line break through our service line warranty (they were the ones to pick them and send them to us) Service was great and a great job done without us ever having to fight with the insurance. SO we decided to use them this time when we have had an issue with our water heater leaking. I called at just before 8am no answer left a message w/phone# no call back after an hour. Called again just after 9am still no answer and left a second message, waited and another hour and still no call back. I called again just before 11am and finally reached a live person. The representative took down the model#, serial# and the brand of or water tank and gave us a window time of 11:30am-1:30pm. well 1:30pm rolled around and no one showed up nor did we get a call that a plumber/tech would be late. I called again and still no answer only answering machine left a 3rd message. No call back AGAIN. Called a final time around 3pm and left my final message that I was following up and we have a no show. FINALLY at 4pm a plumber/tech called stating he only was forwarded our issue at this moment and if we can reschedule to MONDAY. I told him absolutely not, I've called and spoke to someone around 11am we were told a timeframe of 11:30am-1:30 pm and its now 4 PM and now you want to reschedule? I don't know whose exactly at fault here whether our info was never passed on to the plumber/tech or the plumber/tech forgot and lied about not getting the job til then...but something needs to be done about your customer services process.

We had a leak on our side of the water meter and Jason from Johnco responded first thing the next morning and did fantastic work in not just throwing a band aid style repair on it but fixing it right and elevating the water meter so it was no longer resting on pipes. That's how work should be done these days and too frequently isn't. I would highly recommend Johnco Pulmbing!

Home Serve Warranty sent Johnco out to check broken sewer under my house. Because I cleaned the line so Johnco could see the problem, Johnco refused to check/scope the line, told Home Serve there was no back-up problem, I was denied insurance claim. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

We use Johnco for everything from our RO filters, to fixing leaks and replacing fixtures. Each time they provide a solid estimate, reasonable rates and timely service. Great company with quality service.

These guys are great, very friendly, honest and professional. They've saved the day now on several minor plumbing catastrophes for us, over a two year period... and for one major repair (slab leak, hot water line reroute) I had four quotes from different contractors on the slab leak repair. Johnco provided the most detailed and competitively priced estimate. Icing on the cake? When the job was complete the final bill was several hundred dollars less than originally quoted. That's unheard of these days. You have to respect the integrity of an honest service provider like Johnco. There are a lot of dishonest contractors who will take you to the cleaners if they see the opportunity. Jason with Johnco did just the opposite. What a guy!

Came out for initial call from warranty. Then would be return my calls when I was ready for the work to be done. Thankfully I had not paid them anything.

Called about 1hr ago asking for service on my mobile home and the lady said she'd check if they work on mobile homes and she'd call me right back 20min later when I got no call back I called Emergency Plumbing they were at my house ready to work literally less than 10min of calling them and at 11am the job was done (fastest service ever only took 30min!!)

Fast service and professionalism all around! Will be using Johnco again for all future plumbing needs.

Shaun is the top of the list regarding an upstanding person, professional and skilled in his area of expertise. He was prompt and called prior to coming over! I have already recommended JohnCo to others that may or may not have a warranty program. The front office also is extremely professional. Tracie was a pleasure to deal with.
